Room was huge the tv was all in Indonesian and had an a.i voice assistant that we couldn't turn off otherwise it was good choosing what we like the bathroom was amazing and the personal art work message to my good wife welcome ☺ breakfast was ok situated in a American looking cafe staff are super professional there was an iron and ironing board microwave fridge plates etc i didn't see one bug insect in the entire room but was dust in some places ac was ok too my elderly mother inlaw was actually loving it a shower ware she could sit the place has elevator family friendly space could do with a steam room or gym they have the space

The hotel has bath-up in every types of the room. You barely seen that in Indonesia. Great cleanliness and helpful staffs as well

The staff were friendly and carried their duties professionally. I could feel the warm vibes from all the staff. I feel really welcomed to stay there. The facilities were good and the food was alright.

Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards. 📍 Location: While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. The hotel room is spacious with high standard amenities. Very comfortable to bring your big family as the room equiped with kitchenette, dining room for 6 person, living room with large sofa, and ensuite bath tub jacuzzi. Nothing special with the breakfast, need improvement. Overall we loved the CEO suite room.

This is already my second time having my staycation in this hotel. My son really loves being here! The wide room, the bath tub, cool AC and comfy bed. He really likes having a bath in the bathtub, I even brought my own bubble bath soap. The room was so comfy and quiet we even spent the whole stay in the room, bought our dinner online and had breakfast at the hotel's resto. The facility of the room really exceeds the price you paid. Even those new 5-star hotels nowadays don't have a bathtub and room this wide. So, really. I truly recommend this hotel for those of you who love staycations!
