Premier Inn Trowbridge

We stayed here for a night whilst attending an event at the university of Bath. The staff were incredibly helpful and were able to answer questions. Parking - do not follow the parking tab on the Premier inn email which asks you to book a local parking space (it says there is no parking onsite. ) Although there isn’t a premier inn car park, you do get 24hrs free parking outside the hotel if you input your registration number at the hotel. The hotel is on a small out of town complex with an odeon cinema and a variety of popular chain restaurants. We ate at Wagamamas which is as convenient and delicious. Breakfast- all you can eat buffet. All very good quality and a great start to the day. Children eat for free.

I been staying with family all weekend. Staff very good and helpfull.Car park is free. Paark near hotel is good for families with kids Good location many restorans around hotel. Town nice and clean.Is good location if you want go to explore,around others towns. Thanks

We stayed at Premier Inn Trowbridge for a Friday-Monday birthday trip. We were visiting Longleat over the weekend, and this particular Premier Inn was the cheapest and best placed option for this attraction. You have lots of restaurants to choose from and also a supermarket right outside, so you have everything you may need without having to drive. That being said, you won't want to go to any of the other restaurants as the staff and food in the in-house restaurant were great! We ate here 2 out of the 3 nights, and wish we had done so on the other night too. All the staff we encountered throughout our stay were warm, friendly, chatty and helpful. They all really stood out to us. We stayed in a Premier Plus room on the top floor, which was well-equipped with water, premium tea, coffee machine, chocolate and a small fridge. The bathroom had a big bath and nice rainfall shower. It was nice having so many seating options in the room too! There were a couple of downsides to the room: one was that there appeared to be some unknown bodily fluids on the bed frame and wall by the bed, which were slightly concerning. The second was that the side of the bath was quite high compared to normal baths, so it was a bit difficult to get in and out of the shower as a shorter person. Lastly, there was quite a bit of noise coming from the roof on a couple of the nights of our stay, but when we looked on the satellite view on a map, it appears that there are some plant units right above the room we were in - so I suppose it cannot be helped. Back to the staff, they were so friendly and keen to help in any way they could. It was so nice to see a smiling, happy face at breakfast in the morning, it made the atmosphere in the public areas of the hotel much nicer. They were chatting to customers about their plans and seemed genuinely interested and gave tips about other things to do in the area. This stay was by far the best stay we have had in any Premier Inn. I think other Premier Inn hotels should strive to be like the Trowbridge hotel. We would definitely be choosing this hotel if we were staying in the area again.

Really comfortable as always. The whole crew at breakfast were so amazing. But I have to mention the three below, who all really went over and above to check alergies and make sure the 2 young ones were happy, so I had to ask their names so I could give them all a shout-out Jimmy C. Jessica Allan

The Trowbridge Premier inn was in the centre with everything within a close vicinity. Shops, eateries, supermarkets, cinema, local park, river walks and close to the Avon and Kennet canal tow path. The room was comfortable, clean and equipped with tea/coffee, etc, as expected. The staff on reception were helpful and friendly, the validation for the car park for the duration of the stay was an extra bonus. There was an abundance of cooked and continental breakfast which we all enjoyed. The restaurant and kitchen staff at breakfast time were efficient in keeping everything clean,tidy and topped up. Would love to return in the future. One of the best I've stayed at. Thank you Premier inn Trowbridge.

5/5 had a fantastic stay from the minute we booked in. We were greeted by Kayleigh, such a welcoming friendly young lady so professional with a bubbly personality, We met kayleigh again when we went for our meal spoke to shiella too, we have food preferences which were catered for by Jess. Everyone of the staff were helpful friendly and a pleasure to meet. The following morning we were greeted by a lovely man for breakfast (so sorry I didn't catch his name) we will definitely come back here,
