"There were so many things, but overall, all the staff were very hardworking, kind and good people! First of all, it seems that the reservation for 4 nights that I had made on Trip.com was not made at the time of check-in. There are many staff members, but there are only about two staff members who can communicate in English without any problems, and it was difficult to find them every time lol. I was hurriedly guided to my room, but I couldn't find the air conditioner remote control, and a staff member just brought me a towel (probably the room was hastily provided, so it was not fully prepared?) When I asked for the remote control at that time, they brought it to me relatively quickly. The wi-fi password was handwritten on the phone, but it was faded and I couldn't read it, so I looked for a staff member again and asked lol. I thought there would be hot water, but it was room temperature (it was a little cold at first, but if you try hard to take a shower, it feels like it's getting warmer for some reason, but it was exactly the same temperature lol) and the water pressure was quite weak. I asked the staff, but it seems that the temperature probably can't be changed. I asked them for at least the water pressure, and it improved a little. However, the water pressure was weak again the next night, so I asked them to adjust the water pressure every day for four days before taking a shower. When the staff came to check the water pressure, they stood on the bath mat with their shoes on, and the bath mat turned black because the shoes were wet with water... This happened two days in a row, so we told them that the water pressure had improved and it was okay to check it. It may be a cultural difference, but I guess they don't care about guests' bath mats turning black. The laundry service, free bicycle rental, and currency exchange that were listed on Trip.com (same as ***********) were not available lol The location is nice, right in front of the sea. It's a 10-20 minute walk to the town, but I was so scared of the stray dogs at night (they sleep and relax during the day, but are super active at night...) that I had to use a tuk-tuk every time. The hotel itself is not bad, but the shower was the only thing that bothered me. There were also frequent power outages every day. (It wasn't particularly difficult, but it sometimes took several hours lol) The staff were all really trying to solve the problem and listen to our requests. They were very calm and friendly, and always had a shy smile lol However, their English was quite weak, so it was necessary to be patient and communicate."

"The location was perfect, about a 3-minute walk to the beach. There are shops nearby, so this is the perfect hotel for a relaxing beachside stay. The room was clean, but it would have been better if there were more amenities, such as a hairdryer."

"Late review! A nice place in Trinco. We went on a family trip. The premises were in a good location and the sea is a minute away. They have a big parking lot. Hospitality was exceptional. Aunty and Uncle were super friendly and helpful. Especially the breakfast. We ordered Sri Lankan breakfast as well as English breakfast. It was super delicious. The rooms were clean and well-organized. They have cute pets too. Overall, a good place to stay in Trinco. Highly recommended."

"Last stop on our 16 day adventure through Sri Lanka and this certainly impressed! Best beach so far with fisherman doing their daily catch which you can watch from breakfast, cows roaming the beach which is awesome to see. Beautiful pool with bungalows, the rooms were so large and impressive, great relaxed vide, fantastic service, good food menu with reasonable prices, considering the remoteness of this place the food available was great. volley ball net right out the front was good for a friendly game, with a nice Pina Colada 🍸 Would highly recommend."

"Overall, it's a good place: spacious rooms, 30 meters from the endless, deserted beach (through the grounds of the neighboring resort). You can use the resort's sun loungers. Breakfasts were excellent. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff was polite and helpful. Any issues that arose were resolved promptly. The main problem was upon check-in, when the owner said he couldn't see my reservation. It turned out his infrastructure was tailored exclusively to *********** and Agoda. It was a bit of a bummer..."

"I stayed one night in this resort. The property is only 100 meters away from nilaveli Beach. The room is smaller but very clean. Jena the team head and staff Bavadharini and others make a a wonderful team.. Food is nice and they use organic vegetables grown in their property. Beautiful garden and lovely place to stay."
