A safe, 3-star hotel in a great location that's excellent for solo travelers. It's located near the cruise ship terminal (18 minute walk) and train station. There are restaurants, shopping, a 24-hour laundromat, post office, and grocery store nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was able to check in early; they also offer a luggage storage room. I received excellent travel advice...I was able to plan and execute a day trip on a water taxi to Muggia, Italy on my arrival day then went to Slovenia the following day. They also booked an early morning (0430 am) airport taxi for me as well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and was constantly replenished but not a big area, again great for solos. My room on the 5th floor was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The front desk is not open 24-hours. I would definitely stay here again.

La camera era arredata con gusto, una piccola bomboniera. Letto molto comodo, frigobar, tv, scrivania, telefono. Molto silenzioso. La colazione è stata ottima, continentale, con una grande varietà di prodotti dolci e salati. Il personale è stato gentile e accogliente, check in e check out senza problemi. La posizione è fantastica in quanto sei praticamente in centro città ma non sei in mezzo al casino della movida e poi l'hotel dista 200m dalla stazione ferroviaria. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Lo consiglio per un soggiorno di più notti.

Aria condizionata inesistente. Bagaglio sparito. Esperienza nel complesso terribile nonostante la disponibilità del personale per tutta la durata del breve soggiorno. È meglio non lasciare le valigie alla reception se si vuole fare un giro a Trieste. Non sono custodite e il rischio è che qualcuno si porti via i bagagli come è successo a me.

Prenotato in settimana per passare due giorni con moglie e figlio a Trieste, la sera prima purtroppo siamo alle prese con febbre da virus stagionali. Personale comprensivo che ha cancellato senza problemi la prenotazione. Ottimo trattamento ed accortezza per il cliente, immagino sia così il personale e l'accoglienza standard. Con la promessa di tornare a Trieste da voi!

Siamo stati in questo hotel in occasione della Barcolana e devo dire che la posizione è ottima per raggiungere, senza utilizzare l'auto, qualsiasi luogo. La camera è pulita e silenziosa ed il personale molto disponibile. Un ringraziamento particolare al Sig. Dario che con i suoi preziosi consigli e le mille attenzioni ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Trieste ... PERFETTO. Lo consiglio e torneremo di sicuro.

Plus: Vicinanza al centro, alla stazione dei treni e ai principali mezzi e a parcheggi coperti. Personale cordiale. Colazione relativamente variegata, nonostante lo spazio molto ristretto. Lati negativi: Stanza vecchia e non ben insonorizzata dal corridoio interno. In hotel c'era anche una scolaresca e la notte hanno fatto una gran confusione fuori e dentro dalle stanze. Il bagno, vecchio tanto quanto la stanza, presentava segni poco piacevoli. Vedi foto. Puzza di fogna fortissima all'ingresso dell'hotel, per cui il personale ha fatto finta di niente. Poi è stato spruzzato del profumo per ambiente che ha fatto quasi peggio.

Partiamo subito dal prezzo: tariffe in linea con un 3 stelle a fronte di cortesia, disponibilità nell' esaudire le richieste, confort e vicinanza agli autobus per le principali attrazioni della città, degno di un 4 stelle. Stanza spaziosa ovviamente pulitissima, la doccia è molto ampia con un buon getto, letto comodo con possibilità di scegliere il tipo di cuscino. Colazione a buffet molto curata e con buona scelta. Da ritornarci. Consigliato!
