You get what you pay for. Roaches, towels had other people’s hair on it, poor drainage in the bathroom sink, funny smell of smoke and funk in the carpets, inconsistent AC…. But central to NCCU, which is where I needed to be.

I loved the look of the outside architecture and the walking path around the outside pool. However, there were several people loitering outside each time we came and went, which was strange. The inside had a persistently musty odor in the lobby, hallways, elevator, and room. For the price, we would do it again! Working AC/Heat, mini-fridge and microwave, lighting, and plumbing. The breakfast spread was pretty decent (waffles, yogurt, all breakfast beverages expected, etc.) and it ran the full time. Thanks for taking care of us!

The moment I opened the door to our hotel room we saw roaches. I never even set my bags down. We turned around and went to the front desk. We were unable to receive our money back due to booking through a 3rd party (*******). We left and stayed at the Comfort Inn next door. When I get home from traveling, I will dispute the La Quinta hotel charges through my credit card.

The room was great. The breakfast on 1/30 /24 was a mess The front desk lady would not supply more coffee and other things were empty by 7:20, not refilled.

When I checked in I was told that breakfast would be served from 6am-9am. On the first morning they cleaned up breakfast at 8:30am didn’t eat, on the second day they cleaned up at 8am didn’t eat. I did not try a third time. Horrible

I came in late from a flight that got delayed and switched around i was exhausted when i got to the hotel they saved my reservation with no problem he also was kind and helped me out made it quick and ended ny night well appreciate the overnight desk man very customer service friendly
