Reception is not hoody. Also floor is stained.

Отель находиться недалеко от консульства (это цель приезда) и вообще очень удобное расположение в самом центре. Внутри отеля имеется холл с диванчиками и креслами для ожидающих/отдыхающих, всё вроде симпотично. Честно говоря я не особо рассматирвала, была очень уставшей. На ресепшене, сказала о своей брони и протянула паспорт. Очень дружелюбные и улыбчивые рецепшионисты. Меня быстро оформили и заселили на 6 этаж в 607 номер. Я не ожидала увидеть в одиночном номере большую кровать, это очень порадовало. Всё было почти чисто (я нашла под столом какой-то мусор) но в целом всё хорошо. Комната маленькая, но для одного человека вполне! Вид из окна только крыша и дом, улиц не видно. Всё необходимое там было, кроме бутылочки воды, пришлось идти в магазин (но скорее всего можно было позвонить и мне бы принесли) на столе было несколько пакетиков чая и кофе со сливками. Из электроприборов - кондиционер, чайник, холодильник, фен. Слышимость высокая, постоянно были какие-то звуки, как будто без конца идет уборка или я жила рядом с прачечной 😅 Вид комнаты увидите на фото. Завтрак меня не особо интересовал, так как как ем утром только фрукты, но я всё же заглянула туда. Обычный средний завтрак - сыры, омлет, колбаски, оливки, овощи, зелень и немного выпечки. Растворимый кофе и чай в пакетиках. Фруктов не было совсем 😒 расстроилась. Ну в целом я оценила на 3+ почти 4. Приеду еще в Трабзон, скорее всего заселюсь туда же.

Location is good . But the service and hotel its self is very bad . First of all there was no ventilation and air conditioners in corridors . Room had a very interesting smell and we tried to cover the smell with the poor working air conditioner . From my personal experience i will never stay in this hotel .

Hotel location is great. Cleanliness is average, room size is good, reception guy “Abdullah” is awesome and friendly. Bathroom toilet is not working well, and door issues, but proximity from everything and Abdullah are the major highlights

Nice hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. I really enjoyed their superb breakfast with great variety of fresh fruit and vegetables to pick upon. Plus the excellent location with everything in walking distance - it was great!

The Cebeci Grand Hotel is in the centre of Trabzon, just off the main coastal road a short walking distance from the main square, the bazaar and shops. The top floor restaurant overlooks the sea and the city. The Turkish breakfast offers a wonderful spread of local delicacies, such as cheeses, egg dishes, salads and fresh breads complemented by strong Turkish tea. The rooms are clean and cosy, the beds very comfortable and the small fridge quite useful. Be aware that the air-conditioning is controlled from Reception. The staff are friendly and respectful.

The hotel is so centrally located. You have everything that you need close by. Meydan is a 10 min walk and there are so many food and clothing outlets everywhere. The taxi stand is just 20 metres away. The staff at the lobby, Mr. Abdulla is so kind and so professional and always has a smile on his face and willing to help. The breakfast is very boring as it is the same everyday. The restaurant staff are not friendly at all. The Bed is comfortable but the pillows are very high and hard.

inexpensive international hotel in the city center. The staff speaks English, there are many shops nearby, but there are problems with parking. stayed for 2 nights. excellent breakfast! rooms as in the photo. Everything is fine

Great value for money, close to shops and sea front. Nice breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with nice views. Good size room. Small minifrdige for your drinks. Bed not as comfortable as it looked. Nice size bathroom.

Cebeci Grand Hotel is in a central location in Trabzon, just off the main coast road so it is an easy drive from the airport. Car parking under the hotel is a bit tight on space, but staff are happy to park the car for you. Bus stop nearby. Short walk to the main square and modern shopping area. The bazaar is a few steps away. Central sites are all in walking distance of Cebeci Grand Hotel, but Hagia Sophia Museum is about 3km away. Modern style hotel with stairs and 2 lifts. View over city and sea from the top floor breakfast room and front facing rooms. Not all the rooms are like the photographs, with some rear rooms being smaller and having a close view of the neighbouring properties. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was an adequate Turkish breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

Not sure how this hotel managed to get 4 stars! It is not even a 3 star hotel, hotel is very old , the room and toilet need maintenance. Staff does understand English, very hard to communicate with them. We had an issue related to part of window which does not have a curtain , it take 2 days for them to fix it!!! Breakfast is below average.. location is close to the meidan but if you have children or elder people avoid this hotel as the road is not very easy, it is a slop. I can't find any positive comment that I can mention about this hotel.

Otele 2 kız çocuğu ile giriş yaptık 15 gün önce tatilsepetinden satın aldığımız 3 kişilik odamızı muhtemelen Araplara sattılar ki bize ayrı ayrı oda vermişler , ben diğer odaya 6 yaşındaki çocuğumu mu yoksa 12 yaş genç kızı mı yerleştireyim diye sordum tuhaf tuhaf suratıma baktılar , çocuk yatağı getirin dedim tamam dediler , görevli odaya sünger yatak getirdi başka yoktu çünkü biz de küçük çocuğu sünger yatakta yatırdık , hayatımda hiç böyle ilgisiz bir otel görmedim HİÇ tavsiye etmem .
