Very good location for budget travellers. Malapit sa mga murang bilihan at kainan. Maganda ang beach sa harap at maraming puno as compared sa mas malayong part ng station 3. Kulang lang dito pool.

Right next to airport, so we heard planes landing & taking off all day and night... We went to the restaurant for breakfast, but left after waiting for well over an hour. We almost missed our flight waiting for food that never came... No water or fridge, and couldn't find any where nearby to buy water. Construction happening on site all day. Seemed very disorganized, we couldn't find anyone to check in or out so we just left. It's a short walk to/from the airport, but we will not be coming back.

Good location and service, comfortable bed, hot water and stable wi-fi, sea view. Right next to the hotel on the beach is a very nice cafe, tasty and inexpensive. A little disturbed by planes, noisy, as the runway is nearby

This hotel is simple but serves its purpose well. It’s budget-friendly and offers great value for the price. The location is perfect—conveniently situated right across from the airport, making it ideal for travelers looking for a no-fuss, accessible stay.

Convenient location if you’re looking to go to Boracay Island and just need a place to stay. My room was covered with ants, had no hot water and had stained bedding. Definitely wouldn’t stay again. On the plus side, the had a restaurant that has a lovely view of the sea.

Great location and right at the end of the runway where you can see planes landing and taking off and very short distance. Check in process was fine and we expect a very basic room for the price paid and it was the only hotel available but when we entered the room, there was an infestation of ants. We notified housekeeping who did attend to the issue right away while we went outside to Kam’s restaurant which was so cool and awesome with great views on the beach of the sunset. Food was decent and nearly half the price of the island and double the portions. The biggest disappointment was that we paid for breakfast which was to be served from 6am and we had to leave for the airport (5 minute walk away) at 7am. I notified the waitresses who took my order the night before. When I woke up at 6 and went down to the restaurant expecting the food to be ready, they hadn’t even begun cooking it and proceeded to take my order again. I waited 15 minutes but still not served so when I chased them they still had not even started cooking so I just asked for coffee to which they said it was the 3-1 satchet so I thought fine, it’ll take a minute and I can take the coffee to my room whilst we get ready. Waited another 10 minutes and still no rush to make it and didn’t not understand my own urgency so I told them to bring to the room which they eventually did. It was also annoying that they didn’t even have another customer in the restaurant so there was no reason why the food was not ready or even cooked on time.

The Hotel is accessible to Caticlan airport and near to Boracay

The hotel is clean and has a good restaurant nearby. 50 pesos from the airport of caticlan

We reserved for 3 rooms for 13pax: 1 family room (Php 5100), 1 deluxe room (Php2100) and 1 standard room (Php2000). Upon check-in we were told that the family room was occupied and only 3 standard room were available. 😔 we had no choice but to squeeze in those 3 small rooms. We were offered to have free breakfast but we did not accept since our flight to Mla is very early the following day. We paid total of Php9200+ but we were refunded Php1500 only. Very bad experience 😔

Ok for one night

The location is right next to the airport. If you don’t want to be rushed out of bed in Boracay at 0500, you can stay here for one night. However, the planes are a bit noisy taking off and landing. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there is a seafood restaurant next to the hotel. It costs 99 yuan. Don’t order pork rice because it’s full of pork hair and fat. The wine is cheap, and it’s a bit embarrassing to read the reviews for other meals.

The location is very close to the airport and you can have a good rest, but the accommodation is not flexible enough.

When I stayed there once before, I could see planes taking off and landing from the roof, but this time I couldn't go up because they installed a solar system on the roof. Also, because the wind was blowing against us, the restaurant at night was much more modest than before, and although we had to wait a little while for the food, it was delicious.

Very noisy and dirty. Lots of mosquitoes.
