離市區有點距離 停車免費 酒店有些年頭了 但可能還是有裝修過 裏面比外面好一點 早餐尚可 房間比較小 如果是自駕來玩還可以 沒開車就比較不推薦了

Hôtel près de l Oncopole. Chambre agréable. Personnel accueillant.

這個酒店裝修非常新，免費停車，不開車就是那麼方便，

We had appointments at the Oncopole in Toulouse and booked at the Mecure Toulouse Sud. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Oncolpole. We arrived late morning much too early to check in but were offered a coffee in the lounge. After our appt we came back and our room was available an hour before official check-in. The lobby, lounge and breakfast area are immaculate. We reserved a room that had bathrobes, slippers and a Nepresso machine. The room was well appointed, a large shower and plenty of counter space. There is a bar and breakfast area but no restaurant, so if you don’t have a car you’ll need to take a taxi to eat on the weekend. There is a restaurant right next door but it’s closed Friday night, and all of Saturday and Sunday. The buffet breakfast was quite good with a selection of meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit and various bread & pastries. There are coffee machines and a lovely selection of bespoke teas with teapots. There is a selection of mini meals available for lunch or dinner if you’d rather not leave the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make you feel special from Wafa who assisted with breakfast to the gal at the front desk who offered us water for our drive home. The hotel is also located a 3 minute walk from the téléphérique a cable car that links to Rangueil Hospital and Paul Sabatier university campus. There is very good bus service available right outside the hotel grounds. Although a bit away from the center of Toulouse it is definitely a very good choice for being south of the city.

Air con in this hotel has a real problem : extremely noisy all night (loud pump starting from time to time). The thermostat, of a dark age, can't help. And you can't open the window to shut down air con: concert of frogs around the hotel is even louder (true story !). Next morinng, not a surprise for the staff, friendly though. And compensation proposed for insomnia was very disappointing. So either you check that you are given a room with no pump (there are) or you stay away from this hotel if you want to sleep.

The hotel was nice with everything you can expect from a Mercure. The room was simple and had all amenities as you would expect. The design is a bit specific but I found it nice. Location is convenient if you plan on using the cable car which is basically on the other side of the street (little highlight of the stay) Food options inside the hotel were not great and it was best to eat in the restaurant just outside (but it is a bit expensive)

Das Hotel liegt in einem neuen Quartier mit Kliniken und Instituten. Genügend Parkplätze. Die Seilbahn, welche über den Hügel zur Universität führt, ist praktisch für eine Fahrt in die Innenstadt, da man bei der Endstation der Seilbahn gleich die Metro nehmen kann und dann in recht kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt ist. Hotelpersonal an der Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt viele Informationen. Wir hatten ein Privileg-Zimmer, welches aber sehr klein und eng ist. Neben dem Bett hat es nur noch Platz für einen Stuhl und einen kleinen Tisch, wenig Platz für das Gepäck. Badezimmer ist gross und mit einer Duschkabine. Als Accor Member mit Status haben wir Anrecht auf einen Welcome Drink, offiziell gibt es nur einen Drink, auch wenn man zu zweit ist, die meisten Hotels in Frankreich offerieren aber ohne weiteres einen Drink für die zweite Person. Hier war der Barkeeper sehr stur, er sagte, die Regel sei ein Drink und damit basta. Auch der Hinweis auf die anderen Hotels nütze nichts. Es ist schon sehr kleinlich, wenn man einem guten Kunden (wir haben die Platin-Karte) so behandelt. Die vielgerühmte «Kundenzufriedenheit» wird hier nicht gelebt. Generell sollte Accor diese Einstellung, welche in Frankreich gilt überprüfen, in anderen Ländern ist es selbstverständlich, dass zwei Drinks angeboten werden, das sieht man auch auf der App, wo die Welcomedrinks pro Buchung angegeben werden.

Venus pour un petit weekend en amoureux, l’hôtel est très beau, très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant, à l’écoute et nous apporte des conseils pour nos déplacements et visites. La chambre est magnifique, d’une propreté impeccable avec son mini-bar. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et diversifié. Un très bon séjour et un très bon souvenir.

Situato in una posizione eccezionale per visitare il centro di Tolosa. Le camere sono della giusta dimensione e modernamente arredate. Il servizio è effettuato da persone molto gentili. Ma la cosa più straordinaria rimane la colazione, una delle migliori che abbia mai visto, e che infatti ha vinto il premio della miglior colazione da hotel francese nel 2023!

Toujours très bien accueillis, attendus et même reconnus ; c’est toujours un plaisir de venir séjourner à l’hôtel Mercure Sud de Toulouse. Hôtel magnifique, chambres confortables, beaux espaces. Nous avons également apprécié le room service ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel toujours sympathique, serviable et courtois. Bravo à Carlos et ses collègues et à Martin pour la qualité de ses gâteaux.

Petit week end en famille. Personnel très accueillant, hôtel et chambre très propre. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse. Literie confortable. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Configuration de l’hôtel atypique. Parking privé.

Hotel bien situé pour visiter Toulouse Centre. Le patio et le salon sont au top ainsi que le personnel, idéale pour passer un agréable moment avant d'aller diner ou au retour du diner.
