Our Japanese dish, "Taimeshi" (sea bream rice), is served in "Uwajima style" (regional cuisine) to make the most of the natural flavor of the ingredients, and has been well received by many guests. Although it is far from the airport and the city center, the roads are well maintained, so we hope you will enjoy the scenery from the car window and the detours along the way. Even our staff, who see the starry sky in the Ashizuri area every day, are moved by its beauty every time. For meals, we purchase fresh local ingredients, which are a bounty of nature, and serve them in the most delicious way at the time using Japanese cuisine techniques. Our hotel is constantly evolving, both in terms of facilities and services, so we hope you will enjoy your stay again. Regarding access to the annex and open-air baths, we currently provide a car shuttle service from the entrance, but we will consider making them barrier-free in future renovation work.
