Hotel is good: clean and spacious. They offer free breakfast, and appetizers and drinks in the evening (advertised but i never tried or confirmed). The only issue is that they need to streamline their deposit process, as they're apparently unable to hold the deposit if stay extension is required. As such, had to check out and re-check in, therefore paying deposit twice, instead of them holding the initial deposit from the initial check-in. Refund takes 3 to 5 business days, but as my banking is foreign/international, it takes longer, ergo short on funds. Other than that, everything else ok.

This is the best transfer hotel that I have even stayed in CA, will come back next trip

Spacious room, even with 2 x double beds, still have lots of spaces to walk around, a small kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, 3-seated sofa and also a proper office desk for work ! Amazing setting! Buffet b’fest with lots of selection, even a chef there be there making omelet ! Details as having take-away cups for guests to bring back their coffee or tea ! Very caring! Also 24x7 airport shuttle bus service, very good services.

A beautiful, clean hotel. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. The rooms are not large, but they have everything you need. It is very convenient that there is a free shuttle to and from the airport.

The room is clean and spacious, make it easy for us to unpack/pack our luggage. The shuttle is 24h every 30min which is superb.

All there services are excellent and there mornings breakfast is too good to put into words it's a must to try to enjoy the full experience embassy suites

Clean and spacious. Can easily get food with 100m of the hotel. Highly recommended

Not the cleanest, walls were sticky in our room but over all not too bad . We had a problem with our AC but they changed our room very quick !

It so clean and breakfast was good. That’s good have 24hrs shuttle to pick up from Airport T1 & T2.

On arrival a lovely clean looking foyer. Found the initial lady behind the desk quite abrupt and not very friendly. The room was the right size for us. It was not the cleanest of rooms with dust and dirt in places. Also the vent leaked water all over my belongings. We did have an issue with the toilet not flushing but someone did come very quickly to fix it. The breakfast was very good and the evening reception was a nice touch, although pretty busy each night and hard at times to get served. The regular airport shuttle bus was very good and prompt.

Took very long to catch the hotel shuttle bus. The staff in the call line wasnt very friendly nor helpful. Otherwise the hotel itself was ok. 

We stayed in 2 queen bedrooms with runway view. We can barely hear any flight taking off. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good as well. Front desk staff was very friendly. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the airport on time, and we used this to take UP express from the airport to Union Station. We enjoyed our 3 days' stay here. Will stay again when go to Toronto.

Overall it was a good experience as well as the other Hilton hotels

Close to the airport. Bedroom is separated from the living room. There is laundry area. Breakfast was good. There is parking charge of 30 dollars per day for hotel guests.
