Radisson Hotel Convention Center Toluca

The property itself is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Most of the staff is very friendly and approachable. My real issue with this place is that they have a gym/pool area. It is locked for liability reasons because they had youth groups. My issue is that I had to call the front desk to open the gym pool area and it would take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes after calling from my room. I’d have to walk to the front desk to remind them. The worst part is that they lock you in and you have to call to be let out and the other day, I waited half to 10 minutes to be let out. I complained about it and I was told it would be better but the same issue this morning. My concern is in case of an emergency, can’t get out. There’s no exit. My timing to the gym is very limited and it’s ridiculous that I would have to allocate extra time to go in and out. In addition, for lack of better words, it seems a bit ghetto that they don’t provide TV and AC remotes, blow dryers, or irons. You have to go to the front desk and leave an ID. This last time that I asked for a blow dryer I told the woman that I needed my ID so can she just make a note of it from my reservation, just seems ridiculous. I’ve never experienced that at another hotel. If the hotel has an issue with people stealing these items, they should have guests sign some thing that says if those items go missing there’s a charge. Lastly, it would be nice to have mini fridges and washer/dryer at the hotel.

A highly recommended hotel to stay and spend a formidable stay, come with family, couple or friends is a guarantee of excellent attention by the staff that works. The pool facilities are very comfortable and safe.

He visitado el hotel en varias ocasiones y en general he disfrutado la estadía, pero esta última vez me decepcionó mucho porque viajé con mi hija y al visitar el área de juegos nos llevamos una mala experiencia. Está súper mugrosa, todos los juegos están rotos y sucios, las lámparas a punto de caerse, los contactos de luz tienen los cables expuestos y al alcance de los niños. Mi hija tropezó y se abrió el labio. Y todo el tiempo huele a gas porque está cerca de la cocina.

Me quede por medio de un tour en diciembre. El hotel está bonito, tiene muchas amenidades que me hubiera gustado disfrutar más, como una piscina y un billar, la comida buffet está bien, para el paso estuvo bueno 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Desde el check in la amabilidad no fue muy cordial, el baño de la habitación estaba sucio, el agua de la regadera nunca salió caliente y el bufete del restaurante es muy básico. No es lo que esperaba ya que anteriormente ya me había hospedado ahí

El motivo por el que seleccionamos ese hotel fue por la piscina, pero cuando llegamos no estaba en funcionamiento; la tenían en mantenimiento. Cuando hice la reservación le pregunte a la persona sí para esa fecha estaría funcionando la alberca, comentando que sí estaría abierta.
