Very detailed info about the place were provided to us before we check-in. It answers all your queries without you having to ask. The space is big enough for two person. Love that their bathroom has a clothes drying function, and they provided alot of hangers! The location is super convenient and walkable distance to Keisei Ueno station. The only downside is the bed is quite narrow and hard.But I will definitely come back again.

The lobby staff are friendly and helpful. The family room is spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and toilets are clearly visible, and the hotel also provides adequate hygiene and personal grooming facilities.

The room is very clean and quite, suitable for solo traveller like me. Walkable to Ueno train station. Surrounded by convenience shop. The best convenience shop beside is Lawson natural. Has a lot of nice food especially for vegetarian, it has vegan foods and it also work with famous vegan noodle shop tan tan's. I bought the cold noodle there.And Is about 30 minutes walk to Asakusa Temple. I would love to come back here in future.

Overall the stay was good, breakfast was good. Room we chose is spacious enough for us to fit 3 big luggages and pack. Location is near Inaricho station or 10 min walk to Ueno station. What I don’t like about the hotel is the entrance and lobby are all staircase, I think this should be fixed in due time for a hotel to have a ramp for luggages easy access than have everyone carry them up and down 2 flight of steps.

I am very impressed here. All the staffs are very helpful. I got a corner room with a view of Tokyo Skytree. My daughter loves it. If I have a chance to go to Tokyo again, I will choose this hotel again. This hotel has excellent service. From Room 1001

This hotel is close to akihabara station and iwamotocho station. It is almost a 10~15min walk which can be a bit far if you have luggage. But since we can access two train stations it was easy to travel to other major cities. There are also many restaurants in the area. However, the room might be a bit small if you need to open many luggages. And not much sunlight comes in so the room may be a bit dark. The employee at the front desk was very helpful.

Very pleasantly surprised, the boss is very nice, friendly and easy to communicate with, the sanitary conditions are very good, there are many convenience stores nearby, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the commercial area near the Akihabara subway station, and it takes about 10 minutes to take the tram to Ginza. The facilities in the house are complete, and you can buy things from the nearby supermarket and cook them yourself. The tatami is comfortable and the mattress is fragrant. Recommended.

A great little hotel run by three Chinese sisters. The other staff can speak Chinese, so communication is barrier-free. The service is very considerate and the decoration is very warm, making people feel at home even in a foreign country. The hotel is located in a residential area, very quiet, with supermarkets, convenience stores and self-service laundry rooms nearby, which are very convenient for life. It is only a few minutes' walk from JR Nippori Station, with convenient transportation, whether it is to and from the airport or to take the Yamanote Line to various popular attractions. The hotel room is moderate in size, slightly more spacious than the standard Japanese hotel, but the bedding is very comfortable, and the mattress is really the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I asked the boss, who said it was Nishikawa's mattress, and I must find a way to buy one and bring it back later. The hotel also has a public living room with floor heating and a dining table, providing various kitchen supplies.
