Superb in all departments. Exceptionally clean and service from all staff members felt very special indeed. Tepanyaki chef prepared and unforgettable meal experience and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Beautiful view from the Room, with Mount Fuji visible on clear days.

My recent stay at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi was a wonderful experience, meriting a solid 4/5 overall. The hotel's prime location near Tamachi Station offers easy access to Tokyo's business districts and tourist attractions, making it a convenient choice for both work and leisure. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The service was commendable, with staff members being both attentive and courteous, ensuring that all needs were promptly met. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, super friendly with recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a reliable and enjoyable stay in the city.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was our favorite place that we stayed during our 3 week trip to Japan. It has some of the largest rooms at a very reasonable mid-range price for Tokyo and it really feels like a four-star hotel. The rooms are still small, but they're definitely more spacious than you're going to find anywhere else at this price range. We really liked the buffet breakfast that was served in the restaurant downstairs every morning. The room is very clean and the shower is a separate room from the toilet and sink area, and the toilet fan works very well. The shower was high enough for my 195 cm partner to be able to shower without crouching, not that small, and had high water pressure and hot water. The hotel staff were very helpful with any questions, the gym had to be reserved for an hour block to be used and only allowed one person at a time, despite being just a block in from the busy Asakusa area, it was very quiet there. One thing that was strange to us was the many, many girls dressed in maid outfits standing on the main street (not outside the hotel) mostly in the evening. It took a while but we finally learned that they are advertising maid cafes or similar style cafes. None of the outfits are particularly provocative and the girls never tried to hand us a flyer since we always walked together, but if you will be male and walking around alone you can expect them to try to hand flyers to the cafes to you, but it's not that bothersome at all. The Asakusa area is known for it's technology and gaming stores, so expect to see a lot of those around. The subway stations are very close by and easy to get to, and the area is extremely safe. Both there and on the rest of our trip we never felt in danger at any point. We both have dietary restrictions that make eating in Japan challenging or extremely limiting at best, and the breakfast had plenty of options that allowed us to fill up and make it until dinnertime before needing another full meal. I am gluten-free, and while some of the rotating breakfast items had gluten, a lot of them didn't. There were eggs and bacon every morning which are an easy win for me, and the different foods are labelled with the broadest allergens (wheat, dairy, egg, etc.) but aren't specific with the ingredients beyond that, such as corn.

This hotel offers exceptional service and breathtaking views of Tokyo Bay. The staff are attentive, ensuring every detail of your stay is flawless. Rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and boast floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the shimmering bay. The tranquil ambiance, combined with easy access to attractions, makes it a perfect retreat in Tokyo.

Location was superb! About 5-10 mins walking distance to the subway and convenience stores. Tons of restaurants and cafes in the area and easy to get to the more touristy areas such as Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. Neighbourhood is fairly quaint and quiet on weekdays - which isn’t a bad thing. Walking distance to Tokyo and if you’re lucky you might get a room with a direct view of the tower. Room size is considered bigger than usual comparing to other hotel rooms in Tokyo! Overall I’m happy with my stay and would definitely come back again.

This hotel is always one of my top picks for Tokyo. Its great location and helpful staff are the main reason! It is also wonderful when one can get a room with a view of Mr. Fuji! :-)

The location is near to Tokyo Station and Bus Terminal Yaesu. So food options galore. But taking the train to the hotel, there no escalators or lifts in the station. So have to carry the luggage bag by hand up flights of stairs. Also, change of bed linens only done every 2 days, will need to inform front desk if need extra changing of bed linens. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is new and located in Shinjuku. It is convenient for traveling and is some distance from the station. The room facilities are good, the room is slightly small and fully functional. Good service, very satisfied with my stay!

Fantastic decent sized room with a personal washing machine, fridge, huge sink and bedroom. Onsen was slightly smaller than the Gotanda branch but was decent given the occupancy is lower. Service was impeccable and they even allowed us to check in an hour earlier. Great stay.

I love this hotel because it is in the city center and in shibuya. maybe the only downside is that there are a lot of drunk people outside after partying all night and there are also unclean alley if you go at the back and take a shortcut going to shibuya crossing. however, the hotel is indeed clean and great staff too.
