Room is big enough for family with kids, the king bed is big for 2 adults and 2 kids. They provide us a cot for my 4mth old baby as well. The bathroom is big and my kids love the bathtub. Breakfast and lounge are great too! The services are superb!! Highly recommended to everyone!!

It is actually an ordinary apartment with some necessary facilities. If you just talk about living, Omotesando is downstairs, which is really convenient.
To find this place, you must first find the Starbucks next door, and then there is always a small shop with girls queuing on the left. Enter the building through the automatic door and walk to the elevator at the back.
The room is relatively clean, and there is a guy in charge of reception. He is ********* and speaks very gently and softly.
The room has towels, two bedrooms, and a kitchen. It is suitable for family travel. The main reason is that it is too convenient downstairs and has everything.

My recent stay at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi was a wonderful experience, meriting a solid 4/5 overall. Hotel location is convenient, just a few minutes walk away from Shinagawa station which is a major transport hub. The narita express reaches it directly, and there are plenty of other train services such as the shinkansen available. Room is clean and the room amenities were topped up daily. There is an ice dispenser on every level.

Perfect stay at Conrad one of the best hotel in Tokyo .
We booked premeir twin bed room for 3 guests inclusive of breakfast for 2 nights. We arrived 11am early and was given us to access spa for shower and freshen up after 6 hours midnight flight.
We were assign 24th floor with good city view and very spacious room. As we booked for 3 guests so additional bed was set up inside the room..
The bathroom extremely spacious with separate basin bathtub and standing shower and toilet.
The bed was extremely comfortable and big.
It is a little pricey but worth for the stay

The hotel is located in Azabudai Hills. It is the only hotel in this new landmark in Tokyo. There are all kinds of food, drink and entertainment around it. It is very close to Tokyo Tower. The room area is huge in Tokyo and has a balcony. It has just opened and is located in Tokyo's new flagship project. The overall facilities are first-class. As a sister brand of Aman, it naturally has a bit of Aman's flavor. The health and fitness facilities are invincible, and the gym equipment is extremely rich. It should be no problem for it to be the first in Tokyo. The swimming pool is also very large. The breakfast is top-notch. The only drawback is that guests have to stand to check in, which is not good. Other luxury hotels encountered in Japan require guests to check in while sitting.

Overall, the hotel is great—excellent room and location—but the cleanliness was horrible. Every corner of the room, behind the TV, the upper shelves, and under the sofa chair and table were ALL covered in dust. After I put my luggage on the rack, it was also covered in dust. We had the cleaning lady come to our room every day, but it didn’t help. She was very nice, but the cleaning was just………. I feel like the hotel doesn’t own a vacuum. The picture shows just one small area near the sofa chair; I can’t take more pictures because it’s just disgusting. We tried to clean a little by ourselves and avoided looking at the corners. 😫😫😫😫

Aaehwa0613Not too bad! The massage chair is as a little odd, but still enjoyed it. They did move my room when I asked. It was small, but doable. I slept well each night. Very accommodating staff. The room was a little stuffy with not ability to open a window. English TV and so much signage as well. Perfect for one person.

SSoulBattleThe room is small, but this is the norm in Japan. The 28-inch suitcase needs to be put away after taking things, but the room is still very clean unless you have to look for dust in the corner. The location is convenient, there are food around, and there is a shrine nearby, and it happened to be a festival.
Stay in Akasaka, you can go anywhere directly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is an 8-9 minute walk from Shinbashi Station and a 5-6 minute walk from Shiodome Station on the Yurikamome Line. The transportation is quite convenient. The hotel front desk is on duty from 9:00 to 22:00. If you need anything else, you need to call. Luggage storage is after 9:00 and check-out is at 10:00. This time, I booked each night separately. Ctrip showed the same room type. When I checked in on the first night, I didn't remind myself to change rooms on the second night. I put my luggage away at the front desk after I came back on the second night. When I came back on the fourth night, I found that I had to change rooms again. Because the luggage was not packed, I had to pay an additional 600 yen. I had confirmed with the front desk on Wednesday night that Thursday and Friday nights would be in the same room as Wednesday. After explaining it to the front desk, I didn't charge it again.
