Hotel Tokyo Koto Ward

Very new and very well designed. Pretty spacious room for Tokyo standards. Large breakfast buffet selection (even has soft serve ice cream for kids). In-hotel convenience store for late night shopping! Walking distance to jr station. The onsen was also very new and had an outdoor area. Highly recommended for families who need bigger rooms.

The hotel is beside the subway station. There are 2 subway lines: Hanzomon line and Toei oedo line. There is also a Family mart beside the hotel. The staff can speak good english. The twin room is big enough to open large luggage. Breakfast is not the best but good for quick meal.

We had stayed in the hotel for 3D2N. The bedroom was clean and spacious. The view of the bedroom was absolutely stunning. Also, the hotel breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of choice from cold salad to rice and bread. We was able to select the a la carte before the buffet. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we travel to Tokyo. Highly recommended hotel choice for tourists!

The hotel is very close to Tokyo Big Site and TeamLabs Permanent show. It is right on the yurikamome station and the Rinkan station. The room was new, large, and with a nice with in Tokyo bay. Everything is fine except the coldness and robotic attitude of the entire staff (Daiwa staff tends to be like that in all Daiwa hotels, particularly with non Japanese clients).

3 stations from disneyland. Hotel had full room amenities bar. Took some kids bath sponges, diaper waste bag which comes really handy. Room size was decent as further away from city area. I did have issues which i find very unpleasant was that there were rooms were available for early check in, at additional 3000 yen per hour. And no eating allowed in hotel lobby which I can understand but at least have a place where guests can eat cause the checkin time 3pm is late and travelling with young toddler isnt easy. We ended up paying 3000yen for the early check in just so our toddler can have a sandwich legitly. The weather outside was 0 degrees btw so wasnt the most comfortable place for a quick bite.

The hotel as it is was great as the room was spacious, has an amazing view and a convenience store links to the hotel. The bed was comfortable and they provide cleaning everyday and the amenities. But the downside is the location. It took a bit loner than we expected to get to the main tourist area such as Shibuya, Harajuku, Akihabara and etc - we took a bus then transferred to subway and it took us about 40 - 50minutes and sometimes the buses were full so we had to wait for another one. Ginza was a few stops by a bus so it depends where you'd like to go but it wasn't the best option for us. The price is reasonable for the quality of the hotel given its location.

I recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Toyocho and had a wonderful experience. Although the hotel is a bit out of the city center, it is very close to a metro train station. This makes it an ideal choice if you plan to visit Toyosu Fish Market, TeamLabs, Gundam Base at DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, and Odaiba, as you can reach these attractions with just one bus ride! The room was super large and clean, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The TV is smart TV and you can link it with YouTube on your phone if you are looking to cast or watch some shows. One of the standout features of Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Toyocho is the range of amenities available at the lobby. Guests can pick up items such as lotion, hair mask, hair wax, razor, face mask, sunscreen lotion, and even bath salt. The hotel was impeccably clean, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job of maintaining the room and common areas. Overall, my stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Toyocho was delightful. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a location made it a memorable experience. I would recommend to consider this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake. Getting around was super convenient- there’s free shuttle bus going to and from Haneda AirPort, there’s free shuttle bus to Ginza/Tokyo station daily, there are also public buses and train stations nearby, so there are many choices. I love the Ariake Garden mall connected via the 6th floor, where I can get food and even onsen at a discounted price. The amenities are amazing too - there’s self service washing/drying machines, microwaves, ice machines, self check in/out machines… all readily available at any time. The luggage storage is also self-serviced and fuss free, so we could walk around with our minds at ease before going to the airport on the last day. Overall, an awesome place for anyone having a holiday in Tokyo!

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo-Bay Ariake is formerly known as Hotel Sunroute Ariake. It is a four-star hotel on the first hotel stop of Airport Limousine via Toyosu Station from Narita Airport during the last ride with a travel fare of 3100 Yen. This hotel has changed its method of checking-in guests after the covid epidemic spread to Japan. Guests have to learn to check-in and check-out at the machines themselves because the hotel staff is not at the reception after midnight until 6 am. Guests also have to collect their toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors at the lobby as none are found in the rooms where other toiletries and hair dryers are found. Guests can buy breakfast before 6 am at Lawson, which is located in the hotel building on the second floor. In the Single room, there is a comfortable sofa seat in front of the bed but the table does not have enough space to put a laptop on. The hotel is 200 metres away from Panasonic Center, about 300 metres away from Kokusai-tenjijo Station of Rinkai Line, 1.3 km away from Tokyo Big Sight and less than 1 km from Yurikamome Ariake Station. It is convenient to travel from Ariake to Hamamatsucho Station for a transfer ride to Haneda Airport, Tokyo. The hotel is cheap to stay on days before major events such as JATA Tourism Expo and Japan International Aerospace Exhibition but it is too expensive to book the actual days of the exhibitions even if the booking dates are five months ahead of the actual events. Nevertheless, I may consider this hotel if I were to re-visit Tokyo Big Sight.

Small clean room as expected but having to get your own amenities and very little around the area makes it purely for accommodation purposes. Though there are 2 lines of trains that are very close by it’ll take about 25 minutes ride to get to major Tokyo hotspots like Shibuya. McDonald’s right down stairs and a convenient store all accessible completely undercover was perfect for some of the rainy weather I experienced during my stay
