Itu sangat bersih dan tenang. Lokasinya juga sangat bagus. Aliran musik Bach juga dinilai tinggi. Saya ingin tinggal di sini lagi jika saya memiliki kesempatan.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat nyaman - hanya 1 menit berjalan kaki dari Metro Higashi Ginza yang dekat dengan hampir semua tempat di Tokyo. Layanannya bagus dan istri saya tidak bisa mengambil makanan tertentu untuk sarapan karena alergi makanan. Begitu kami memberi tahu mereka alergi pada hari pertama, mereka tahu apa yang harus dilakukan untuk sarapan berikutnya. Ada sarapan yang tidak bisa diambil oleh keluarga saya karena kami harus mengikuti perjalanan sehari yang sangat awal. Hotel membantu kami menyiapkan sandwich untuk sarapan dan sandwich juga berkualitas tinggi. Makanannya juga enak hanya saja jika Anda ingin sarapan prasmanan maka Anda akan kecewa, Namun, ada juga makanan ringan malam sehingga Anda bisa makan malam sampai jam 11 malam. Saya pasti akan memesan hotel ini lagi jika saya berlibur di Tokyo.

Hotel bagus tapi kamarnya agak kecil tapi lokasi bijaksana adalah salah satu yang terbaik di jantung Ginza

Sangat bagus dan nyaman. Lokasi sempurna dan tepat di pusat Ginza, tidak dapat menemukan lokasi yang lebih baik. Mudah untuk pergi ke pasar Tsukiji juga dengan hanya 8 menit berjalan kaki. Stasiun kereta bawah tanah di sekitar sudut jalan. Satu-satunya kelemahan kecil adalah kamar hotel agak kecil menurut standar barat dan lampu sensor di toilet mengganggu, karena akan mati setiap 5 menit. Pasti akan mempertimbangkan untuk tinggal di sini lain kali tetapi akan memilih kamar yang lebih besar.

Location excellent, room excellent. It will be perfect if the pillows can be changed and WiFi speed can be improved.

Very nice hotel in Ginza.I and my son had pleasant stay in this hotel .good location .just walking distance to Ginza 6.and our favourite restaurants .would love to book again for next visit .

We forget the make up bags and perfumes there, trying to reach out to the hotel through the application message, but the only thing they can help is telling me to just directly call, and I have to pay the international health fees by myself.  in today’s world where we have Internet why we cannot just text a message? and get the problem solved. Awful

The consistent theme of the music of Bach extends throughout the property, from the ambient music to the colour schemes of the decor - very comfortable in our opinion. Rooms are typical Tokyo sized which is alittle on the smaller side but are well laid out, clean and comfortable. Location is great, just minutes from Higashi-Ginza station, as well as the main shopping belts in Ginza. There are 3 convenience stores within 2 mins from the front entrance so plenty of options if you need some snacks or drinks in a pinch. Breakfast at the restaurant was also good, with a rotational menu to ensure variety. Great service from the team there, always meeting us with a smile in the morning and willing to accommodate our requests. Special shoutout to the impeccable service from the Front Desk, assisting us with constant deliveries as well as helping us to make last minute reservations with restaurants. Amazing support given the language barrier but they were always putting in the extra mile to help us resolve any of our queries or problems. Would definitely recommend!
