직원분들이 전부 한국인이라서 좋았어요 위치도 좋아요

The hotel is really nice. The only tiny problem is that they do not change the bed sheets every day, you keep the same bed sheets. But the service is really nice, I really recommend

Convenient location close to train station. Easy to explore Shinjuku.

麻雀雖小五臟俱全

The hotel I booked via trip.com was not ready to serve the room and did inappropriate actions for the guest. The room's floor was broken (high possibility of getting injured), and the bathroom had noted that guest had to put their toilet paper in the trash bin after use due to weak water flow. (I have a photo of that notice). And after I complained to them, the receptionist yelled at me in Korean and kicked me out once. After that, he changed his mind to avoid making their responsibility worse. I need to get a refund. I submitted a cancellation request 3 times. But, the hotel rejected it to avoid to take their responsibility. I only stayed there for about 30 minutes to submit my cancellation request via my phone. And didn't make any mess or use any facility other than washing my hands in the sink.

I changed to another hotel immediately after checking in. It was too horrible, especially the washroom, just like a haunted house…I felt so uncomfortable so I will never come again.

房間，位置都很好，衞生間不行

不錯 性價比十分好

距離新宿歌舞伎町不到800m，卻是膠囊旅館、青年旅舍級別的價位，性價比很高。由於在位置在裏通り，所以街道比較安靜，適合獨自旅行

地板採下去感覺要垮掉一樣，冷氣出風口積了厚厚的一層灰塵，就是一個能遮風避雨的地方.....

除了價格比較便宜，服務一般，其他的環境 設施：較差

ชอบค่ะ ย่านนั้นของกินเยอะ แต่ต้องเข้าซอยไปนิดนึง แต่สะดวกสบายดี พนักงานน่ารัก ที่พักสะอาด

名字取的太國際性跟想像的天差地別，是一般很普通的旅舍，所以有失落感！ 網路很差，沒 熱水壺可煮開水要去樓下拿！連廁所都很舊！

第四次入住，這次住五樓wifi信號不是很好，晚上很安靜，好入睡。
