Location is good if you need to take Limousine Airport bus to and from airport. Room size is very big. We booked the room with 3 big beds so can fit all 4 of us comfortably.

It is quite quiet nearby at night.

出張で利用しました。ペンションと言うのも納得のロビーで、コーヒーなどの飲み物は自分でサーブして飲むことが出来ます。机や椅子もあり、部屋以外の居場所としても使えます。駅からは少し遠いですが、歩ける距離です。周辺にはあまり店がないので、少し不便かもしれません。部屋は比較的大きいので、居心地はよく、部屋で仕事をする机と椅子もあります。パジャマやスマートフォンの充電ケーブル、空気清浄機なども部屋に備え付けられています。ズボンプレッサーは廊下にあり、必要なときに借りる仕組みです。とても使い勝手の良いペンションです。夜はチェックインを基本的にしていないようなので、夕方までにはチェックインしたほうが良いと思います。

Хороший отель! Очень удобное расположение, можно дойти до разных станций метро и путешествовать по городу и не только) В номере чисто, есть всё необходимое. В коридоре есть микроволновка, можно спуститься на ресепшен и попить там кофе) Вежливый персонал. Удобно добираться до аэропорта Haneda на автобусе, автобусная остановка в 5 минутах пешком.

Greart location. Very clean and quite. Easy to access subways and a few sight seeing locations.

The building may be a bit old, but they keep the place clean with personable service.

It’s spacious and comfortable although it is a bit old. There is a few supermarkets nearby and some metro stations are in walk distance.

Room was clean, neat and big enough for solo traveler. Bathroom is a bit small but ok. Convenient location.

A cosy little hotel with friendly staff. The hotel itself is dated, but it's clean and well kept. There's a train station within walking distance and there are quite a number of dining options around the area. Would stay at this hotel again when I'm in Tokyo.

The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is visiting Tokyo, as it may be one of the best places to stay there.

A very convenient location with family marts and restaurants near the hotel. 5mins’ walk to Suitengumae station. Friendly and helpful stuff who speak good English. Rooms and furniture a little old but everything works and was functional. We booked the Twin Room and Double bed with an extra bed room. The double bed is about 1.5x of the size of a single bed.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable for one person. The hotel is also in a convenient area, not far from a few subway lines and is surrounded by convenience stores and there's a decent selection of restaurants and fast food locations nearby as well. Check-in was easy and they'll transport your luggage to your room if you arrive early and leave them at the hotel. The hotel is right next to a school so it can get rather noisy, especially during the morning.
