Fasilitas hotel bagus, dan hotel memiliki bus antar-jemput gratis ke Stasiun Kereta Bawah Tanah Shinagawa, yang sangat nyaman Tidak banyak tempat perbelanjaan komersial di dekatnya. Hotel ini tepat di sebelah taman yang indah. Ada juga toko FamilyMart di dalam hotel, yang sangat nyaman. Fasilitas dan ukuran kamar lebih baik dibandingkan hotel lain di Tokyo.

Sangat puas, pelayanannya luar biasa! Kalau menginap kurang satu hari akan diberikan uang check-out. Sangat higienis. Juga sangat hemat biaya untuk mentraktir teman makan malam. Transportasinya nyaman.

酒店設施不錯，而且酒店有免費班車去品川地鐵站，非常方便，附近商業購物不多，適合商務出差居住

房間很大，酒店有提供車位，方便駕車人士，只是位置距離銀座有點遠。

This hotel is wonderful! Easy access from Haneda airport! A short complementary shuttle ride to the subway that will connect you to anywhere else in the city! The kindest service! Delicious breakfast! A club lounge with great food and views! We stayed at three different hotels while in Tokyo and our twin daughters said the breakfast here was their favorite. The breakfast servers and managers were fantastic, especially with the kids. We received a really nice room upgrade and such nice balloons and decorations in our room upon arrival. It was very welcoming and special. There was some confusion with a room service order we placed one night. It was mostly due to the language barrier, so I would be careful when ordering and asking for additions or adjustments - just make sure everything was understood correctly and there are no surprises when the food arrives. The free shuttle runs every 20 minutes. It’s very convenient. We found the station you will be dropped off at was a bit far from other locations of interest, but everything was very accessible if you don’t mind transferring trains. With the kids, we ended up using taxis many times as we were exhausted. There is a picture of a pool in Tripadvisor but there is no access to a Pool. Maybe they used to have one in the past. The gym facilities and sauna were really nice though. The concierge was also very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a really amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel!!!

Posting directions as we found it confusing when we arrived at the Tokyo Station. We arrived by Shinkansen at the Tokyo Station. From there, you can use your Shinkansen ticket to board the JT local train to Shinagawa. You do not need to buy a separate JT ticket as there are no ticket booths available once you are already in the train area. It is the second stop. Once you get off, go out the west gate, turn left and walk half a block to bus stop #6. It looks like a regular city bus but goes directly nonstop to the Marriott entrance. There is no fee. The rooms either face the railroad side or the quiet side. Note that the hotel phone number goes to the general Marriott reservation center so you are not able to get directions from them.

Points redemption stay on a high floor, breakfast not included Pros- close to the airport, sheets and bed are fantastic, staff very efficient and friendly Not so great- room smelled as though it had a smoker in st some stage, quite musty. Mould in shower and a cracked tile. Feels as though a renovation would be in order.

The staff were amazing and friendly. The location is good with a beautiful garden and pond on the grounds. Delicious breakfast with multi cultural choices. The room was nicely designed and pleasant. The staff at the bell counter by the front door were the stars of this show. So friendly and helpful. We would come back here again because of them.

Room was huge and comfortable. Service was great. Hotel was beautiful. There’s a convenience store in a connected building but closes at 11pm. Location is ok as this hotel is probably used more for business as it’s near companies. Hotel has shuttle to Shinagawa station (walking takes about 15min). There are restaurants within a 10-15 min walk.

for business trip, this is my go to hotel in Tokyo,and this is my second review. for the price, there is no comparison anywhere in Tokyo, the service, club lounge, and their breakfast is excellent. I just wish that they would be more flexible when it's family/personal trip.
