Best location and friendly staff. Nearby, there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.

There was a bit of smell in the washroom. But, overall it's an enjoyable experience!

My flight was canceled due to typhoon and the hotel refused to cancel my reservation. I did not spend any time in the hotel.

Superb location just beside Ikebukuro Station where you are spoilt for choices for food and shopping :) Just a little noisy due to trains running late into the night else all good :)

位置非常方便，位於池袋站20a出口斜對面，房間寛敞，設備齊全（有空氣清淨機），服務員親切有禮。稍有不足是門口有多級樓梯，帶著大型行李加上下雨／雪會比較狼狽，以及房門隔音較差（有短暫時間聽到隔壁房間的高聲談話）。

首選結論這是我日本旅行7次住過最差的酒店。缺點1。離鐵軌太近隔音很差 列車從早上5點到晚上12點不停。2.浴缸裏有前一個客人的人毛髮3.奇葩的被子幾乎跟肩旁同款其他地方就是單床單，被子下面在墊了一個白床單。睡起來巨難受，4.唯一入駐過座便器是斜着擺放的。反正除了地段好其他一無是處。

地點位在池袋車站旁邊地點非常好，購物網可以先拿回飯店，附近美食也很多，唯一不便就是進入飯店有階梯大行李比較不便

酒店交通便利，但服務態度不太好！一臉的僵硬！房間等設施也很一般。但酒店旁的咖啡館特別好！非常推薦！

係池袋北口一出就見到酒店超方便，房間夠大可以打開行李箱，嘈音少比較寧靜，房間可以有吸煙但一入房煙味冇乜

駅にとても近いので便利です。 接客、客室の清潔感も満足しています。 ビジネスホテルなので、アメニティやサービスといった面は良くもなく、悪くもないように感じました。 出張やライブ等のイベントで素泊まりができるホテルをお探しならとってもオススメできるホテルです

地理位置方便, 靠近地鐵站, 走路7-8分鐘可以到搭乘巴士的車站去機場, 迪士尼, outlet等等地方. 附近有三個大型商場, 還有藥妝店和donki, 方便購物
