Location is the best, it’s easy to go anywhere and lots of high end department store and restaurants nearby. mtr just downstairs, no need to worry about rainy days. Breakfast is absolutely delicious tho mostly it’s Japanese.

Great location, great hotel buffet breakfast, great service. Unfortunately room is too small- could barely find space to open two large luggages, but I guess most of the hotels in Tokyo are like that.

Hotel location is near the railway station. AndThe facilities of hotel is quite good. I will recommend it for my friend to rent it again for Japan Tokyo trip.

The hotel is 15 minutes walk from Tokyo station, the room is clean but the design makes it so small that it’s really hard to fit in the suitcases.

Underground link to Ginza Line & Hanzomon Line. Many Restaurants and Cafevopen 7am to 930pm last order for food & drinks.

The size of the rooms in the hotel description is overstated. You will be put in a closet smaller than Harry Potter's closet. And with a low ceiling. And they won't let you into the bathhouse if you have tattoos. I didn't like the experience, I had a better opinion of this chain.

The room was small but quiet and comfortable. And it’s central location and close proximity to the nearest station makes it worth it.

Very inflexible service mostly catering to a domestic crowd but having a global clientele. Poor menu of limited Japanese offerings in restaurant and a coffee shop on the lobby. Front desk friendly but operating under a very old inflexible Japanese system. examples: won’t give you an extra key and has to wait for someone to escort you to the room if you left your key in the room, when no one is in the line behind the rope, insist one goes to the rope to enter, overall a polite but awful experience

Hotel is located on the 9th level upwards of OVOL building in NIHONBASHI. There is a direct connection to the Shin NIHONBASHI station from B1. It is also walking distance from Mitsukoshimae station and Kanda stations (links to different lines to different places). Located in office area Pros: Quieter location but fairly well connected. 2 convenience stalls in walking distance Lots of food at the Coredo malls (but generally higher end) Toho cinema at Coredo too Good service even via email in English Smooth check in Small Onsen with no outdoor bath and no cool pool Near Mitsukoshi mall Can walk to the imperial eastern gardens Breakfast buffet consists of small plates of Japanese food which is unusual 2 kinds of pillows provided Cons: Not near main shopping areas No cheaper eats around No gym No towels in Onsen Breakfast menu is not varied Conclusion Higher cost hotel with onsen in a less touristy part of town

Good location. Friendly staff. Only downside was that the restaurant was a bit crowded during breakfast time and we needed to wait for 20 minutes or so to get in.

Love this cozy hotel with spacious rooms and their location! I have been staying in this hotel for more than 4 times a year already! Highly recommended!

Right next to Mitsukoshimae Metro station and directly opposite Coredo and Mitsukoshi shopping malls, there's nothing not to like about its location. Checking in in the afternoon, we were pleasantly surprised by a live koto performance and kimono-clad staff at the reception lounge. No baths in our rooms but there's a public bath on the 9th floor (which is also the reception floor). Public bath is well-maintained but could get a tad crowded in the evenings. Loved the overall calming ambience of the classic interiors.

Hotel is clean and sufficient for short stay. Rooms are a little small but location is excellent. Train station is just 1 min walk via exit A10 and this ginza line connects to main areas like shibuya so it is extremely convenient. 7/11 is just right below the hotel. Only problem is service, the staff speak minimal english so there are communication problems. Also, we tried borrowing a weighing scale for days and they seem to be unable to find any (claims it is rented to other guest who refused to return), but we also find it very ridiculous that such a big hotel has no weighing scale. Check in is also super strict, do not even expect them to allow you to check in 1 minute early. We arrived at 2.30 but they insisted we wait till 3pm so there were lots of people cluttered at the hotel lobby area.
