great hotel. small room but fabulous services and just next to the cancel, very good for your morning walk

Hotel was great, especially considering the cheap price. Shinagwa is a quiet neighborhood but worth walking across so many bridges. It’s convenient for people like me who only have one day layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was good and they even have complimentary mini bar in the evening. I’ll definitely return here someday!

Staff are pretty discriminative against Chinese traveller. I hope they understand that they are in the tourism sector and should be more patient in the future if they want this job. The hotel should provide more training. Other than bad service, the hotel has a super small onsen. The positives would be a good breakfast and free drinks. They also do not provide any key cards, access is all keyless with codes.

1. Hotel and room. Room was pretty small as expected, clean. Didn’t like that the view was just the wall of another building. Hotel has its onsen, but i wasn’t allowed due to my tattoos. 2. Breakfast. Didn’t enjoy, not nutritious enough, not very tasty - a better decision would be to eat from konbini. 3. Location. It’s my favourite neighbourhood in Tokyo to stay but the location of this hotel was not perfect, the closest station is Shinbanba, but to get anywhere in the city u will have to go to Shinagawa and then start your journey as it’s a large hub station with various lines crossings. Shinbanba isn’t as good of a station also because the trains do not go as often here (every 10-15 only). If u like to walk u can get to Shinagawa in 20 minutes by foot.

Convenient facility and location. Laundry is helpful when you have a long trip or vacation. Good services. Breakfast included. You can use hot spring pool for free. Walkable distance from subway station.

very annoying check out process, wanted to charge extra money for checking out 10:40 h instead of 10:00 h, Ridiculous unfriendly staff

the hotel is clean and tidy The breakfast is good and refill in a reasonable time Staff was helpful One suggestion is male customer should also be eligible for getting body lotion and face wash. No sexual discrimination nowadays please.

Cleanliness is best Lots of accommodations. Very accessible area but a bit far out from travelling place All hostage and services is good.

The staff are very friendly and can speak English. Rooms dont have keys but pin codes. They HAVE A LOT OF AMENITIES for women!!!!!! And they have onsen. I requested to have a room in a higher floor, and they granted it!! Tho, the room is not that spacious but other than that, I will recommend this hotel to my friends!!

Free cocktail bar from 18:00 to 20:00! Best thing ever! The breakfast is in western style (I love the soup), and would be stopped serving a bit early (cut off by 08:30). A bit far away from tourist spots. There are many stuffs provided by the hotel, you may not need to bring your own (unless you have your own preferences). From hand & body lotion to hair treatment oil, from facial mask to bathing salt….. you named it, they got it.

Room was so clean and have air pulifier. Free drink machines. Artificial onsen bath was nice. Fine breakfast was included. It was almost perfect. Wish the room were a bit bigger. Being nearby lunchbox shops was helpful. I inadvertently left a book in the room. Hotel can send it to my Japan address with mailing fee borne by myself. I would stay again at this hotel if I have another biz travel to Tokyo. Thank you.

It was a nice stay for my mother. She enjoyed it a alot. ❤️
