Pelayanannya sangat bagus. Pemiliknya baik hati. Ramah, membantu dalam segala hal Kalau mau apa-apa, mintalah dan dia selalu membawakannya untukmu. Kamarnya indah, bersih, dan ada bibi yang datang untuk membersihkannya setiap hari. Sistem keamanannya sangat baik. Pemandangan akomodasi sangat bagus.

Saya sudah beberapa kali kesini. Baru pertama kali menginap di apartemen ini. Lingkungan kamar cukup nyaman. Yang penting ada rak jemur baju! ! Meski tidak besar, namun sangat nyaman! Anak saya mengganti beberapa set pakaian, setelah dicuci, dia menaruhnya di rak pakaian dan mengeringkannya beberapa jam dengan AC bertiup.

Kali ini saya pergi ke Chengdu untuk mengambil foto pernikahan. Saya menginap total selama 4 malam. Kamarnya sangat baru dan sanitasinya sangat baik. Kakak bos sikapnya sangat baik dan pelayanannya luar biasa. Saya lupa membawa baju pas aku keluar pagi. Dia juga minta Didi mengantarkannya untuk kita. Bersyukur banget. Melihat kami tinggal untuk waktu yang lama, mereka bahkan meningkatkan ruang audio-visual untuk kami, dan itu sangat bagus! Rasio harga/kinerja sangat tinggi, sangat tinggi! Ada juga mesin cuci yang cocok untuk mencuci pakaian di musim panas, dan ada juga rel jemuran yang dirancang khusus untuk menggantung pakaian yang baru dicuci, sangat bijaksana!

I might be biased but it was not a great stay for my family. I will state the facts below for the reader to decide - Multiple broken things in the room including but not limited to .... the shoe rack shelves were broken, the living room window handle was broken hence unable to lock out the cold air, the whole toilet bowl was loose, sofa and floor was not clean - We reported to the owner on some of the issues and they did want to send someone to fix the broken window handle......but we wouldn't have time as a tourist to wait around - Throughout the stay (5 nights), there was no housekeeping and change of towel. We did ask the auntie and the owner also shared that there will be housekeeping.... - The trash bin was full and the floor was dirty, and the owner told us the auntie forgot to clean.... - Fortunately, the owner was responsive when we requested for new towels and amenities (eg. Water) - The room does not look newly renovated, new or clean. Very worn and used... - The location and area is good - The shower is using a water tank, so ration the water if there's a lot of people staying - Do take note that the condo does not allow food delivery up to the unit, you need to go downstairs to take - There are 2 convenient stores and 1 fruit stall downstairs P.s. the sofa was really dirty...

The host is very efficient and very quick to answer all our requests. So easy to talk to and will even reply in the middle of the night, truly an excellent service.  Although the room smells of cigarette smoke but it is clearly written on the booking page, we are not just used to it. The host immediately gave a scent spray to remove the smell. The ayi is so nice too, always available to deliver our request right away. The washing machine was a big plus, it made things easier for us not a mafan anymore to find a laundry shop. And they even provided the liquid washing machine soap. The refrigerator also big, everything we needed for our stay were in that room.  The location is just perfect for us, so cheap to take didi to places we went to. Highly recommended!

It was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately no tools in the kitchen so it was unusable. The owner was very nice.

Cosy for a family of four, but fit for purpose. The good: great location close to East Lake park, 7min walk or so to the metro, easy for taxi to most central locations, clean apartment. Have a washing machine and a couple of small laundry detergent concentrates The needs-improvement: - Owner / reception had an extension for our original allocated flat and so organise to put us in a different flat bit requested for us to move the next day (and apparently forgot that they had my WeChat contact). Had to reason quite a bit including owner asking us to cancel on the platform so that I could pay her directly. Only succumbed after I very resolutely refused and said I'd submit an official complaint to trip.com - Only have big towels. No small towels even for drying hands - There's a kitchenette but no pans, microwave or anything to cook or even heat up food with, and very limited glasses and cutleries, no cups bowls or plates
