The location of hotel is easily assessible from UENO s Skyliner station. There are so many restaurants near hotel if you stay late.

Good location . No stairs in front Free drinks in 2/f like apple juice .. soda Notice that If you have plenty of time after check out and want them to keep bag u need to use the coin luggage to keep it . Unless u claim ur bag before 12:00… Or u can carry with u if its handy one

The room is clean. Receptionist are friendly. Location is ok, still need walk abit to the nearest train station. Nearby got convenient store.

Location is very accessible to transportation shopping and all.. booked it a reasonable price. Very good experience and we'll definitely book the same hotel qhen we come back to tokyo.

The hotel near by the JR station, it seem walk about 10 mins. The staff are nice. The air-conditional was not enough cold, it was warm and hot.

I had a wonderful stay at this small but exceptionally clean hotel! The room, while cozy, was perfect for a solo traveler. It’s located in a quieter area of Ueno, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being very convenient to the train station. There are plenty of food options and shopping nearby, making it easy to explore the local area. The hotel amenities were great—everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the hair styling device provided in the room; I liked it so much that I ended up purchasing the same one back home! Overall, I had no issues with the facilities and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Ueno.

Size a bit small but location convenience to subway. Very close to flee market. Free cosmetics packs. Low budget for hotel should be a good choice

Hotel location is good n convenient w choices of eateries places nearby, we can travel ard w not only JR line but Metro and Keisei line too!

Convenient location, just a few minutes walk to the nearby train station and subway station. Lots of restaurants within 10 mins walk and stalls selling souvenirs and gifts. The Ueno Park and Zoo are also within 15 mins walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean but a bit small. Toiletries are free available from the reception and there's free drink at the eating area.

Hotel is excellent. Everyone is kind and willing to help, location is great (few minutes from many lines), everything is perfectly clean… They have some “co-working space” where you can take free drinks, use the microwave, chill or even work if you need. Room is a bit small, but aren’t all of them? At the end, you are’nt going to Japan to stay in the room. Definetely would come back, 10/10

This hotel is getting more and more expensive than before! May be it was due to some promotion by influencer. Don't forget the prize doesn't include any breakfast and the rooms is SUPER SMALL! you can't even open your luggage in same room for 2 person.
