The location was not too far, and there were a lot of Don Quijote and other attractions nearby, which was nice. And the staff were friendly, so even though I was traveling alone, I was able to get by without any difficulties!

The good thing about this place is that it has a sauna, and the room was very clean. The subway station was about a 5-10 minute walk away, but it was okay.

The hot spring in the hotel was a work of art. There was a hot spring in the morning and evening.

위치도 좋고 조식이 엄청 다양해서 만족스러웠습니다 하지만 주변 호텔보다 금액이 조금 비싸서 성수기에는 예약하기가 망설여지네요

Good and bad points + Excellent location,5 min walk to Godzilla road + Close enough for convenience of red light district but far enough there is no noise. + Staff very friendly + clean room + mini fridge in room + good air con - Room was very small. I don't know if this is usual for Tokyo but i feel the photos provided for hotel are quite deceiving. - Room had signs of wear and tear (marks on walls, mould in bathroom) - Pillows not the greatest. In all it was decent stay but i would probably look at somewhere else for better price/size of room in Tokyo next time.

Hotel staff was very nice. The room is very small, but we knew this in advance. Essentially, you have a room for sleeping, a small desk with a chair, space for your luggage, and a bathroom for its intended purposes. If you want a room with space and an environment for lounging and the ability to move about the room, choose another property. If you seek a room for only putting your head down on a bed at night, consider this property. Clean, modern, quiet, well equipped, and a great location. I would stay here again.

Great for location and price. Clean and full amenities. Rooms are a little small, however most hotels in Tokyo are like this. Overall would recommend if travelling dor short period or stop over. Rooms are provided with fresh towel everyday and cleaned upon request.

Good location in Shinjuku. About a 10 minute walk from the Shinjuku train station. Room size was small but fine as we just had carry on luggage which you could store under the bed. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Restaurants nearby as well as Family mart convenience store.

Smallest Rooms, very clean and cozy, The comforter was very warm, but only two pillows (one foam & one regular) Smallish bath tub, if you have problems lifting your legs then this may not be the place for you. Very reasonable priced＞$75 USD/nt. Onsen was good, and the breakfast at the Teppanyaki restaurant was great for 1900Y.

We stayed at this hotel. Convenient because it is close to transportation and is served by a lot of restaurants. The negative note, but I think it is normal in Japan is that the rooms are tiny. Considering that being tourists it is only used to wash and sleep it is fine.

To summarize briefly: great location, modern furnishings, very small rooms, great breakfast after a long wait! The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is close to the subway, in the middle of Shinjuku - perfect for an evening with restaurants, bars, etc. It couldn't be better! The rooms are small even by Japanese standards. Two grown-up Europeans plus two suitcases are difficult to fit in. And even one person is actually too much in the bathroom. But everything is clean and well-maintained. Check-in is automated at terminals, as is check-out. Self-explanatory. If you get stuck, there are English-speaking staff. That's fine. The breakfast is great. Only the long waiting time is abysmal. The restaurant is absolutely too small for the size of the hotel. At almost any time of day we waited at least 30 minutes for a table. But the taste was great. There is a public bath in the hotel (similar to an onsen), which we used every day. Very nice. Conclusion: small rooms, great location. Recommended for those who need little space and don't want to spend a lot of money
