Kamarnya bersih dan higienis. Hotel di lokasi yang bagus. Ada banyak restoran dan toko serba ada di sekitar. Stasiun kereta bawah tanah juga sangat nyaman. Sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke berbagai tempat wisata. Fasilitasnya juga bagus

Hotel yang bagus untuk keluarga, dengan dapur kecil yang lengkap! Ini adalah kolam pemandian yang sangat nyaman. Lokasinya bagus. Hanya sekitar lima menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah terdekat "Yushima". Di seberangnya ada Taman Ueno Onshi dan Kota Ameyoko juga sangat dekat! Hotelnya baru saja dibuka, peralatannya sangat baru, dan pelayanan stafnya sangat ramah, sungguh pengalaman akomodasi yang luar biasa.

Hotel ini terletak di seberang taman Ueno, berjalan kaki singkat ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Kamar baru lengkap dengan peralatannya, dapur kecil, bathtub, dan kamar mandi terpisah. Kamar nyaman untuk tidur. Kekurangannya hanya tidak ada lemari atau lemari untuk menaruh barang, tapi itu tidak masalah. Secara keseluruhan lebih baik dari yang diharapkan. Karyawan yang tersenyum dan baik hati siap membantu.

Perfect stay at &Here Ueno hotel. A stone’s throw away from Skyliner station which is direct from narita airport. It is also near to the JR subway lines. We booked a semi western room for the four of us, came with two beds and two futons. A little seating area and sofa seating by the window. There was enough room for the four of us plus luggage. There was a mini kitchenette with two hobs for cooking and cutlery for 4. No salt and pepper or oil provided so you need to bring your own. They provide amenities just like your usual japanese hotel so take what you need. Laundry was available on the lower floors if you need it and the best part is the onsen on the top floor accessible by key card and separate areas for men and women. We had a great view of ueno park. There is a local supermart around the corner which is more affordable with better pricing. Lots of eating outlets in the surrounding area, a shopping street, parco, there are also afew bars in the area. We had a good stay, the area was not too crowded, transportation was easily accessible, the ginza line takes you straight to shibuya.

We booked the room with the bunk beds and the kids loved it. Spacious enough for 4 pax by Tokyo's hotel standards. Extra toiletries were available in the lobby. Location was good as it's near the train stations in Ueno. Lovely walk in the park just opposite the hotel.

Such a lovely stay! Room was exactly as pictured, spacious, and located 10min away from multiple train stations. Back alley was kinda sleazy come nightfall, but nothing too crazy. Room was clean and comfortable. They were able to provide a baby cot for free upon request. The shared onsen was also a very pleasant amenity to have in central Tokyo. Absolutely no complaints; will stay here again if coming with family.

The services were good. Close to city center. The bath on the top floor was great. But they only had a full cleaning on the 3rd day of our stay.

The location is very convenient, there are many railway options, the rooms are comfortable, the equipment is new, and the hygiene is good.
