The location is very good. It is very close to Tokushima JR and public bus stations. There are many restaurants and snack bars in the surrounding area, but they do not open until after 11 noon, so breakfast can be solved at the family convenience store across the street. The only dissatisfaction is that the room is very small and cramped, airtight and airtight, the temperature of the air conditioner is super high, and the heat conduction of the glass windows makes it impossible to stay in the room, which is a pity. The bathroom is not well ventilated. After taking a bath, all water vapor can escape into the room.

FFishvibesI had a great stay at Hotel Sunroute Tokushima! The staff were the real highlight—super friendly, attentive, and made everything so easy, with no trouble communicating in English at all. The hotel’s location right across from Tokushima Station is a major plus, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for excellent service and a prime spot to explore the area.

WWingkayGreat location, next to JR station, convenience store and many restaurants around. Spacious room. Amazingly I can put a chair inside the bathroom. The staff is very helpful. Prior to my checkin, I emailed the hotel for booking a table outside the hotel but they replied can only book for us after our checkin. Upon my checkin and without my asking, the front desk staff confirm with me whether I still need a reservation.

LLee DavidCame to Tokushima to participate the marathon. Hostel was located near the Tokushima JR Station, about 8 mins by foot. Nearby the hostel there are various eateries and convenience stores. The cost / performance factory is pretty high as there are breakfast provided in the morning. You can have coffee/tea or package soup plus toasted bread. Though simple butt can defining fill up your stomach if you are not a big eater.

GGuest UserLocation was very good as it was very close to the JR station. Furniture looked quite new. Room rate was good and the room had a beautiful river view. Room was spacious enough with sufficient illumination. Staff was nice and could speak some English. The hotel got a big lobby.

QQingfengguanhongIt felt better than the first time I stayed there, because this time I lived on the 5th floor and could see the cable car of Meishan running up and down from the window. There was also a very delicious sesame oil chicken leg for breakfast, which was great. This hotel is not far east from the bustling commercial district of Tokushima. I will go there more next time I come.

MMarkMark2This is my second time staying here. The lobby attendants are very nice and polite. I can request a room on a higher floor. It's not the peak season now. The room is very clean and spacious! The only problem is that the transportation is not very convenient. Although the bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away, you have to wait 2-30 minutes for the bus. The surrounding environment is very good, next to the beach, and the air is good!

GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly. They changed my room and were very kind! The welcome drinks included juice and soup in addition to coffee! I was surprised that the facilities were old and dusty, and the back of the humidifier was covered in dust! The price was cheap, so I think it's enough for people who are concerned about the cost of accommodation.

GGuest UserThe correspondence was very polite. It was crowded with guests, so the waiting time for the elevator was long. Especially at breakfast, I sometimes couldn't get on and spent time. But I think it can't be helped because it feels the same in any business hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
