"This hotel is about a 2-minute walk from Tokushima Station. There are two Agnes Hotels across the street, and the fact that it has a large public bath is a plus. The front desk was generally very friendly. You use a key to enter the room. The room was simple and clean, and the bed was large and of normal height. The amenities and facilities in the room were comparable to those of well-known hotels, but there was no security box. Meals were served at the hotel next door from 6:30 a.m. at a buffet. There was a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, including Tokushima local cuisine. The public bath was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable to use, and the feel of the bed and the height of the pillow were just right for me, so I was able to sleep soundly until the morning. The Wi-Fi was free and stable, with a reasonable speed. I only met Japanese customers. This hotel had high service and value for money."

On the night of our check-in, after dinner, we asked the front desk staff to call a taxi for us to go to the Awa Hall to watch the show. The service staff was very considerate and asked the driver to not only take us to the hall, but also wait for us to finish the show before taking us back to the hotel. There is no additional charge for waiting time. It's really a home service, which is very much appreciated. It was also very comfortable to take a bath in the hotel's large public bath at night. The whole stay was very good. Highly recommended."
