The hotel is suitably located. As is near to railway station. Both the rooms 303 and 308 were not clean and bath rooms are not maintained properly and not clean. Bath room doors are not functioning properly. In 308 we felt suffocated as if inhaling smoke and not properly ventilated. Other wise our stay was good.

Rooms are big, near to bus stand, good car parking but maintenance is poor, bath room drains chocked, balcony blocked as renovation going on, chairs with lots of dirty brown marks, tv remote operation need patience. Need lot of improvement.

*worst stay ever*
booked a delux room for 2 days. The room had bad odor, none of the switches work, the curtains and bed not cleaned, the furniture cushions were strained. Bathroom was in a worse condition. Horrible room service - u have to call them multiple times to get a service. Most of the time they simply ignore. At reception u get a standard scripted answer that 'we'll send someone. The owner of the hotel forgot to invest in upgrading / maintaining the facility. Complementary breakfast was fortunately ok. I would never go back to this place nor recommend anyone. I am not going to use your service. Make my trip is pathetic

i am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. while the reception area had a pleasant atmosphere, the rest of the experience was far from satisfactory. 1. room condition: the room had a very unpleasant smell, making it extremely uncomfortable. 2. restroom hygiene: the bath mat appeared unwashed, and the restroom was not properly maintained. 3. air conditioning: the ac remote was not functional, which added to the inconvenience. 4. delayed preparation: despite checking in, it took over half an hour to set up the room, and even then, it was not adequately prepared. overall, the stay had a negative vibe, making it impossible to stay overnight. we opted for a day checkout instead. considering the condition and experience, we believe a fair amount for the room, given the circumstances. we request you to kindly review this feedback and adjust the billing accordingly. we hope these concerns are addressed to improve future guest experiences.
