Hotel is about 5-min walk distance to the inter-city bus terminal, but an hour-walk away from the city center. So a good location if you have an early bus to catch or arrive late at night. The hotel is brand new so all facilities are new and nice. Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is good. Only drawback is the room air is a bit stuffy with the temperature mode centrally locked as "Heat" (while i want "Cool") and staff cant do much either.

Super Hotel. In allen Punkten sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht direkt im Zentrum gelegen, aber verkehrsgünstig in Nähe vom Busbahnhof. Komplett neues Gebäude mit Top-Einrichtung. Komfortables Standard-Zimmer. Optimaler Schlafkomfort im breiten Doppelbett. Hochwertiges Bettzeug. Rooftop-Pool in der 8. Etage. Gym. Allerdings kein Spa-Center. Tolles Frühstück. Für unser Kleinkind gab es frisch zubereitete Extra-Speisen. Das Personal überaus zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht...!!!

交通方便，位置在開發區，早餐一般般，沒有到達美居的標準，乾淨衞生，新酒店，早餐廳服務很好，性價比高。

酒店地理位置較偏，周邊基本什麼設施都沒有最好開車前往，裝修新且好，早餐很不錯，服務人員很熱情，房間設施也很完善，毛巾特別舒服，但是房間裏的床很小很小，酒店沿着大馬路的房間很吵很吵，基本整夜都能聽到車輛路過的聲音，整個酒店甲醛味道還沒有散去，在房間裏時間長了會頭暈

酒店新，但是房間味道大，剛裝修好甲醛味很明顯，內部設施很好，早餐特別棒，毛巾各種舒服，房間也很好，廁所也很好，但是最致命的是床太小了，翻個身就會掉下去的那種，地理位置也很偏，建議自駕前往

Fantastic service, very good restaurant, rooftop pool - everything is brand new. Spotless. It’s not downtown, but it took us 15min to get to Skanderbeg square by taxi - while our car was safe in the underground garage. The restaurant was superb! Top quality service and good food. We would definitely stay there again.

4 related couples spent a lovely weekend in Tirana. New hotel, clean, everything worked well, nice bathroom, modern in every way. A little outside city-centre, need of taxi which is inexpensive in Tirana. Good breakfast, nice and helpfull staff.

This hotel is fab and was very cheap considering it is a 5 star. Everyone that works there is lovely and they are so friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is awesome and great place for sunbathing. The gym is also decent and everything is very clean and brand new. The breakfast is amazing, and Adriana is so friendly and helpful and makes you feel so welcome. She goes above and beyond to help and is genuinely interested in how you're feeling and wants you to have the best experience every morning. She really loves her job and loves making people feel happy. The food is so fresh and there is lots of choice, the drinks are good too and plentiful. The hotel bar is very good and has reasonable prices. Everything was great here and I would recommend. However, if you are a light sleeper I would bring ear plugs as the hotel is on a main road and the road is busy all the time, literally even at 3am. You can hear it from the rooms and I struggled to sleep the first night but I got some earplugs, and they did the trick. The staff were also very apologetic and accommodating. Otherwise I couldn't fault this hotel and would stay again!

One of the best hotels we stayed at in Albania. The lovely room though bit smaller but that did not matter. Parking is a plus point but the best is the hotel staff. Especially Elliana in the kitchen was fantastic. At breakfast, she helped us to identify the food contents as we are allergic of some food. She is a great asset to the hotel. Great view from the roof top and the pool is fantastic. We will surely stay there again if we visit.

Extremely friendly staff and a very good word for elisa at reception. Also bar and restaurant staff very nice. Everything is new. So rhe smart tv was too difficult for me to operate and no explanation how it works. The food at breakfast and dinner was good
