Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff and good breakfast as per the hotel standard. If ever back in Tirana, I know where to stay.

Very helpful team members, clean and 24/7 front desk. Breakfast comes with a variety of options.

Its a beautiful hotel, i had a great time, nice scenary but sadly the swimming pool was closed, so no access, they said its been closed since september. I would rate the hotel a 8, but they can do better on their breakfast menu, no pasta or fries. they can do better on the menu aspect but for other things i had a good experience and enjoyed myself

The swimming pool was not working we had to go to another place to swim as it was hot Television not working .Food was good staff very lovely

Excellent hotel. A bit outside the city center. But close to the bus station and the 5B city bus will take you to the center for 40 LEK. Pre-arrange a text even the airport though, or you will pay $20 to get to your hotel or to the city. The hotel was a great price for what you got although I believe that the breakfast was overpriced. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing and I highly recommend the hotel. A bit odd location, but it was a nice hotel  and very convenient if you’re taking a bus to the sea. 

Excellent service and great price

The hotel is overall great. The room is very cosy and clean and is cheap. The customer service is SUPER B specially the people in charge in the restaurant and the food was excellent. The rooftop is scene-tic and I wish they could put more umbrella specially its too hot as well as they will have night swimming until 10-11ish and a sauna too! But in total 9/10

Very nice and clean.staff are really nice and they’re trying to give their best service. Would definitely recommend them specially restaurant staff. Would definitely go back there 🤌👏🫶

Hotel is about 5-min walk distance to the inter-city bus terminal, but an hour-walk away from the city center. So a good location if you have an early bus to catch or arrive late at night. The hotel is brand new so all facilities are new and nice. Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is good. Only drawback is the room air is a bit stuffy with the temperature mode centrally locked as "Heat" (while i want "Cool") and staff cant do much either.

New hotel. Weird location. Pool closes at 7pm not 10pm. They will call you at 11:30 to make sure you check out at 12. Restaurant is okay. Breakfast is good. I ate the seafood pasta and got a tummy ache. If you get hot easily, their AC is not blasted. Its centralized. We came in July and it was hot outside so their AC was not that great

The best hotel in Tirana by far excellent customer service Marsi and Elvira at reception were amazing and provided outstanding customer service. Dinner served by Fransi and Andrei was simply out of this world, my wife and I were blown away by Mercure hotel customer service standards. During breakfast we could not help but notice the personal touch provided Andriana who welcome every member of the hotel and provided an experience my wife and I have never had before. She is incredibly talented and an asset to any organisation. Customers felt at home at Mercure due to the service and standard provided. Thank you very much Mercure Tirana you have a fantastic team in Tirana, my wife and I have decided to come back to enjoy to explore this hotel further. It’s a 10/10 from us ♥️💙💗

Good clean hotel. Location is a bit awkward just off the highway but still convenient. Great service and everyone was very friendly.
