Booked this hotel for a short get away. And for mums birthday. The staff were kind enough to decorate the room and meet all our requests as well as surprised her with a cake. She absolutely loved her stay here as well as the massage by the spa. The staff were incredible friendly especially the lobby staff. The level was what is expected of a 5 star. The turn down service was great and ample amenities were provided and when requested arrived in record time. The only thing the room had some debris on entering but other than that it was fantastic.

We come to this hotel quite frequently and we enjoy our stay here every time. The service is top notch. They are very professional and the facility is spotless. I take advantage the fitness center, spa, sauna. And the convenience to malls, shops and restaurants is unmatched. We will be back soon!!

Highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway in Tianjin. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious with a stunning view of the city. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff clearly is attentive to details about the service they provide. Special thanks to Allie for her always positive demeanor and kindness.

Due to a sudden trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of enjoying a weekend staycation at the Four Seasons Tianjin once again. This time, I opted for a new package on Ctrip, which proved to be delightful. The room was immaculate, the facilities were well-organized, and the food was delicious. Moreover, the warm and gracious hospitality was consistent throughout my stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Selina from the Front Desk and Sunny & Coco from the Executive Club. Their professionalism ensured that my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

This hotel did not live up to our expectations for a 5 star hotel. When we came to our room there was only one double bed even though we were 4 people and had booked a room with two double beds. After some time we realised they “upgraded” us to a bigger suite, but in that suite only one double bed was possible. Why would they do this without consulting us? This took us unnecessary time and effort to get this fixed and swapped back to the room we actually had booked. The hotel is fine, but lacks detail: the bathroom doors didn’t close properly, I found at least 5 intimate hairs that didn’t belong to our family, the light switches are super annoying, they sometimes doesn’t work and you can’t really decide by yourself what lights you want on/off. The breakfast was a disappointment - a lot of the stuff was almost empty, it was messy, many tables didn’t get cleared right away, and both mornings we had to wait to be seated. I didn’t expect this from Four Seasons. We appreciated the robes for our kids, the pool, the vallet staff, the showers.

We had a really great experience with other Four Seasons properties before. However, the Four Seasons Tianjin experience is so so. Nothing is bad though but nothing is memorable either. The location is really good. We booked the Premier Suite King and stayed there for 3 nights. Room amenities are also average. No Dyson hair dryer like other Four Seasons hotels. No exquisite drinking water like MO. Room amenities are standard and average. Breakfast buffet quality is average 4-5 stars but not up to Four Seasons standard. You'll find an average convenience store bought butter and average quality smoked salmon. The food quality is also average even in the executive lounge. No personalized experience like other Four Seasons hotels.

Good location in the centre of the city. Restaurants are a bit expensive and we couldn't find any Bluetooth in the room. Friendly staff and fun xmas decorations.

It was a fantastic stay with excellent service provided from all the staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant). Staff were all highly attentive to details ensuring that your needs are catered for. Nightly turn down service also provided steamed eye mask, provided fastener to tidy up charging cables, and ensured your clothes in wardrobe were neatly hanged. The Jin House food were also amazing. It was a very enjoyable stay. Thanks 😊

It's an amazing memorable hotel. In addition to the fabulous location and hotel hardware, the warmth service and smiling of staffs in the hotel was even more experience-making. XiaoDu worked at front desk helped me on room-changing, and kept following up my needs during 2-days stay at the hotel. Even wrote a handwriting greeting card, which made the business trip warm. I kept the card as a good memory there.
