Terrible Experience! Avoid at All Costs I had arranged a trip for my family, and they recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Where do I even begin? Rooms and Bedding: The beds were absurdly small, with pillows that were literally as hard as rocks and almost wider than the bed itself! A nightmare for anyone trying to sleep comfortably. Food Service: Completely substandard. When we ordered food, it arrived cold and unappetizing. They served us masala papads that were soggy and stacked on top of each other, making them impossible to enjoy. Despite asking us for a dinner time slot well in advance, when we arrived at our specified time, the food was STILL not ready! Utterly unacceptable. Room Amenities: Even the most basic room necessities were of the worst quality imaginable. It felt like no thought or care went into anything provided. Language Barrier: Shockingly, most of the staff could neither speak Hindi nor made any effort to communicate with us effectively. Being in India, one would expect staff to communicate in Hindi, but here, only Malayalam and English were options, creating constant miscommunication. Local Food Missing: And as if this wasn’t enough, the one redeeming feature of a Kerala-based hotel—authentic South Indian food—was completely missing! We were stunned to find that South Indian dishes were either unavailable or poorly prepared. Based on this, I surely think that all the reviews on every platform are either paid or are posted by staff and their acquaintance only. If you're thinking of staying here, think twice. All of this could be understandable if we'd visited during a festive season or vacation months, but even in off-season this is the situation, one cannot imagine trying to book at this Hotel during festive seasons.
