1. The only thing positive is its location 2. You dont get any amenities on time

Food and location are definitely the plus points of the hotel which made me return for a second time. Overall everything is up to the mark except for lack of smiles on front office staff. Maybe they are working under stress！

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I am a solo, female traveller. This is one of the places that are very, very nice to stay, and stay safely. Very nice room, clean, hygienic washrooms. You can relax in the hot shower, have nice food (i have gluten, fodmap sensitivities, and they cutsomised my food for me. Cannot thank the chef enough, and relax away from the rush of the world, in the calming ambience. The staff are courteous, friendly, and very helping, even in the rush of the holidays.

Hotel was in the heart of the city and there is great connectivity to bus station, railway station and airport. Vehicles are available at reasonable rates for sightseeing. Hotel staff were very cooperative. The premise were neat and clean. Room was very comfortable.

The stay at ginger was excellent and supporting staff were polite, interacted and helpful in guiding me through timely responsive action for attending the workshop nearby, though i reached late night there were no delay in allotment of room, which are near, hygienic and well maintained. The breakfast, dinner served is good, authentic, traditional and affordable. Especially, the manager abhilash sir is knowledgeable, positive response, patience enough and good guiding manager to the guests. So, i sincerely recommend ginger trivandrum for families and everyone for their stay.

I booked a sea view room, although it is sea facing room but the view is blocked because of trees but 4th floor has little sea view. Staff is really helpful, polite and provide service 24hr. There's no lunch and dinner at this place but there are lot of options nearby and outside food is allowed inside.

GGuest UserIt's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff.
Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food.
Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home.
The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs.
My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling.
Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence.
I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

GGuest UserThe Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

GGuest UserThe location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel.
The fragrant smell was too strong.
I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight
Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep.
Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK.
Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

GGavinAngOverall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time.
Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard.
Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc.
Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu.
Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

SShijin S ShajiThis hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

The reception desk is very helpful (especially Maneth) and gave proper guidance for sightseeing etc. Hotel is centrally located-200m from Railway station, about 5 kms from airport , 1.5 kms from Shri Padmanabhaswamy temple. Food is good and reasonably priced

GGuest UserNice hotel. Classy and elegant. Rooms and washroom were clean and tidy. Even the staff were so helpful. They have their own restaurant on the ground floor. The food felt a little bit expensive but was good. Overall i am happy
