The condition of the room was poor. No towels and soap were provided in the bathroom at the start. The ac was not cooling enough.

Stay was ok. What I found best was , their supporting staff and reception people. Really , they were very helpful and co-operative. But for cleanliness, i request to do some arrangements for rats and all roaming here and there in the hotel. If little bit , more steps taken towards cleanliness, this hotel will be best for the price it is offered.

Easily reached the location. Lift not available. One tap water only works with a low water supply. The hot water tap is not working and hot water is not available. Eb plug point not working properly. Totally not worth this cost.

Pros:
#the room is located near to padmanabha swamy temple. #the rate is affordable. # ac was functioning properly. #hot water was available at the bathroom cons:
#cleanliness of the room is very poor. #the bedsheet was not nee t and there were hairs of previous users on the bedsheets. # the bathroom was ok but there was leak on the closet pipe. # waste baskets were not found inside the room. # less space for car parking
# no power backup
# floor are dirty and not maintained well
# not lift facility
