Sea Glass Place

Jane and Elvis were awesome hosts!!! Our family still raves about what a great experience we had at Sea Glass Place. It was so relaxing, and they were always there to make travel recommendations. Thank you so much!!! The hospitality was top-notch, and the accommodations were incredibly comfortable. We can't wait to return and enjoy another unforgettable stay. Their warmth and attention to detail truly made our vacation special. Highly recommended!

We are so glad that we stumbled upon Sea Glass Place when searching for a place in Grenada. Elvis and Jane were so easy to work with when booking and preparing for our trip. They think of everything! When we arrived, they had arranged transportation from the airport. From the minute we got out of the taxi, we were greeted by Elvis. When he opened the gate into Sea Glass, we were in heaven. Jane was waiting in our unit, the StarFruit, to welcome us and get us acquainted with the surroundings. We had pre ordered groceries and alcohol and she had our refrigerator stocked and ready. And her famous banana muffins were waiting on us. If you order rum punch from Jane, it does not come in a bottle labeled “rum punch”. Once we figured out that the lime juice bottle in our refrigerator was actually rum punch, it didn’t take long to drink it! Everything about Sea Glass is perfect. They have paddle boards, kayaks, floaties, and beach chairs to be used by guests. The beach is wonderful. Even though it is a public beach, it felt very private to us. A couple days during our stay we were the only ones on the beach for most of the day. We will definitely return to Sea Glass Place. Elvis and Jane are amazing hosts!!

We truly enjoyed our time at Sea Glass Place. Jane and Elvis were wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to any enquires and were helpful with planning our stay. It was easy to order food, drinks and a pickup at the airport. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Above all was the location, it was close enough to restaurants, Grand Anse beach and St George’s and it’s own beach. Everyone on the property were very nice. Would definitely stay here again if I get the pleasure of returning to Grenada.

Sea Glass Place was a wonderful place in Grenada. We stayed in the Bougainvillea room for a couple of nights before joining an Island Windjammer cruise. The room was very comfortable with a nice view of the water. The owners were extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed getting to know some of the other guests around sunset time, as both nights we were there, guests tend to gather on the deck around sunset before heading out to dinner. We did not rent a car for our short 2 night visit, but got around just fine by walking, taxi, and we using the local bus. I highly recommend Sea Glass and would definitely stay there again if we are in Grenada.

Such a wonderful getaway. Close to everything but yet secluded with their own beautiful beach. Sunsets are amazing. Accommodations immaculate. Hosts are the best. I have been here 5 times and coming back if they have availability. Special because they have only 5 apartments which means NO crowds!

We spent 7 days at Sea Glass Place (Flamboyant apartment) and just about everything was absolutely wonderful! Apartment – The “Flamboyant” was very clean and stocked with amenities, including bath towels, mini toiletries, paper goods, cooking necessities, a patio grill, spices, coffee & tea, beach towels, a bookcase library, an electronic safe, plenty of electrical outlets and lighting sources, remote-controlled air-conditioning, indoor/outdoor ceiling fans, and more. The king size bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable, the space is suitable for 2 guests without feeling cramped, and multiple seating areas were available inside and on the private veranda. Strong Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and property. Property – Ocean and sunset views are AMAZING from just about anywhere on the property. The promo photos really don’t capture how beautiful the property is. There are multiple verandas from which to enjoy pink sunsets, boats sailing by, and gorgeous flora while relaxing on sun loungers, patio swings, or bar stools. A nice-sized beach is literally a few stairs down from the property and feels ultra-private. Beach chairs and plenty of water sports gear were available to enjoy (kayaks, paddle boards, floats, life vests). With 24-hour surveillance and motion sensing lighting throughout the property, we felt safe at all times. Hosts – Elvis and Jane epitomize hospitality. Elvis welcomed us with a smile for our 2:30 AM arrival and Jane checked us in later the same morning with her delicious homemade banana muffins (I had to request another batch and she graciously obliged!). Both were quick responding to our questions and requests before and during our stay. Communication was easy through their Guestfriend/Gastfreund app (through which you can also order alcohol or groceries…which we did). Neighborhood – The property is well-situated on the main road and walkable (15 minutes or so) to the Grand Anse Spice Market and main beach. If you’d rather not walk on a sweltering day, minivan-buses will transport up and down the main road or to the bus depot for about $1USD. We hope to stay at Sea Glass Place again…sooner than later!

We absolutely loved staying at Sea Glass Place. We are usually the type of people to just want a bed and a shower because we love to be out exploring, but Sea Glass place changed all that. We wanted to be here all the time. Sunrise and sunset here were amazing. We loved our little kitchen balcony, our "private" beach, and all of the amazing areas Jane and Elvis have so thoughtfully put together for guests to hang out. The room was so clean and comfortable and this place was just what we needed. We could walk to everything we wanted to do, we felt safe, and we loved the location in the middle of all of the action. I couldn't recommend this place more highly and I truly hope we can visit again one day!

We just enjoyed an amazing week at Sea Glass Place. The apartment (Tamarind) had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and big fluffy towels and facecloths were plentiful. The best part is that this amazing apartment is set in a tropical paradise. It was even better than I imagined! Seriously, the pictures do not do this place justice. I could hardly believe my eyes or my luck to wake up to those terrific views for 7 mornings. I enjoyed my morning coffee in a hanging chair on our private deck listening to the waves and the birds. The grounds are thoughtfully laid out with so many places to relax and enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of Grenada. My favourite place to relax was the hammock on a covered deck listening to the waves and watching hummingbirds flutter about above me on the flowering tree. Jane and Elvis are lovely people and the most welcoming hosts. Ahead of our arrival they helped set up grocery delivery and transport from the airport and provided a wealth of other info to help us prepare for our arrival. We were encouraged to make ourselves and home and we truly did feel at home. I cannot wait to return to this little slice of paradise again and again.

I have no idea where to begin. We just want to go back to Seaglass! My son and I stayed for one week. The property derives the name because of the beach, there were so many pieces of Seaglass in the sand. It's the most I've ever seen! The beach is called Tan Tan, it is private really as access is a bit difficult and I have only seen the neighbours at the beach. To have the ocean just mere steps away from the Starfruit apartment we stayed in was heavenly and indeed one of the highlights of the stay! I really couldn't think of anything I needed at my stay here. The hosts Elvis and Jane were so friendly and accommodating! Jane even provided tasty mango/banana muffins which I gladly had for breakfast on quite a few mornings. Beach toys included many floats, kayaks and paddleboards, which were all free of charge to use. Elvis was even kind enough to teach my son to paddleboard one evening. He is quite the gentleman to offer to teach him when he expressed an interest in it. If you are ever in need of tours Elvis can arrange, all you have to do is let him know what you need. I cannot wait to return to Seaglass, it was truly a blissful experience all things combined!
