room was clean,the bedding was clean and fresh.some of the furniture was worn and outdated,but all and all it was a pleasent stay.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel in Terra Haute, Indiana. Bed was super comfortable. Everything in the room worked like it should! The free breakfast in the morning was better than anticipated. Much to choose from. Room service was available only on request, so we had to get our own towels the next day but not a problem. We have family reunions nearby every year so we will be using this hotel again!

Linens looked dingy, slept in my clothes, couldn't get the shower to turn off without having a pair of pliers to turn off. Bathroom floor was dirty.

Last minute trip to College visit. Due to us arriving after midnight I opted to book a stay with a cheaper rate. The desk attendant was nice and helpful which was the only positive. In the middle of the night my daughter spotted a small roach in the bathroom. Needless to say we did not get any rest after that discovery. The lady working the breakfast area in the morning was extremely rude and snipped at us a couple times.

So I gave bad stars but it's not for the hotel it's for the ******* app I had an issue that came up that took top priorities over going to the hotel and staying for the night in the app it said that I was not able to change or cancel my reservation because it was past the check-in time which it was not States at 3:00 p.m. is check-in time and when I was going into change or cancel it it was still in the a.m. so I just left it alone so I never even went to the hotel so again I have no problems with the hotel didn't even go I have more issues with the ******* app and if this is being shown off as a review for the hotel I do apologize Hotel it's not your guys's fault for the bad Stars

We came to Terra Haute from Chicago for a tour of the nearby ISU campus. We just needed a place to sleep since the tour was beginning early in the morning. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money and liked that this place was only 3 minutes from campus. The pictures online are very deceiving. The property is extremely run down. The bathroom was pretty disgusting. The hallway ceiling tiles were falling apart leaving huge exposed openings. Definitely would not recommend.

Property is a bit out dated but good for a quick stay. The rooms do have a bit of dust, but they explained that it was due to renovation. The walls are also quite thin, so you’ll hear the rooms next door to you and anyone outside in the hallways. Was a good place to stay short term and gets an overall 6.8/10 from me. Was not bad, you just get what you pay for.
