Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express our disappoin**ent with the service we received at the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv during our recent visit. As international guests, we had high expectations for a seamless and comfortable experience, but unfortunately, our encounter fell short of these expectations. Our group consisted of ten people, and we dined at the Manara Restaurant within the Sheraton Hotel. Following our meal, we approached the Hotel receptionist/concierge to request assistance in ordering taxis to transport us back to our respective hotels. Regrettably, our request was met with a refusal to help us arrange transportation. The receptionist suggested that we use a local taxi app, which posed a challenge as international visitors without access to the app. Despite our explanation, we were met with further reluctance to assist us in organizing taxis. Consequently, we were left with no alternative but to venture outside the hotel to hail taxis on the street. This experience was far from the level of service we anticipated at a renowned establishment like the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv. It was, in fact, the worst experience we have encountered during our travels. We believe that a five-star hotel should consistently provide exceptional service to its guests, and we were disheartened to find that this was not the case during our stay at the Sheraton. We hope that our feedback will prompt improvements in customer service and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar difficulties. We trust that you will take our feedback into consideration to maintain the reputation of the Sheraton Hotel as a premier destination for international travelers.

I stay here every year and it never disappoints me. 5 stars in every category especially the executive lounge. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary food there was like eating in a 5 star restaurant. The best lounge I had ever been to. The location of the Sheridan Grand is best. Across the street from Gordan Beach and a 5 minute walk to Dizengoff St which is the main street in Tel Aviv with tons of restaurants and shops

I was staying few weeks ago at the Sheraton hotel and would like to share my experience, when I first choose to stay at a hotel I first decide by seeing a nice view beautiful room spa… in terms of service I have nothing but to hope for the best At the second and third time and so on, I stay at the same hotel it’s already not a matter of how beautiful or convenient the room or view is, but a matter of service and the hotel team who make my experience joyful I would like to share my gratitude to Henri the manager who make my staying beautiful Also special thanks to the team at the lounge floor for the kindness and warm hospitality

Overall excellent accommodation and service and facilities I was very impressed with this hotel from before I arrived. As a lifetime Marriott Bonvoy platinum member I stay in a lot of hotels. I reached out to the manager for some special requests before arriving. She and her staff were immediately responsive and accommodating in a way that made me feel very welcome. But it also emphasized the professional way. The hotel is operated. Upon arrival, the very high professional standard was maintained at every interaction with the staff. The hotel is beautifully and recently renovated and very comfortable, even from things as mundane as an abundance of outlets to plug-in devices. The lounge is spacious and very attractive and comfortable. The buffet meals are abundant in variety. The location is excellent and the views of the beach and sunset on one side as well as the entire city of Tel Aviv on the other, very beautiful. Certainly, Marriott Bonway members will find a comfortable hotel that excels in service and accommodations, and be welcomed. But we also witnessed “average “guests without the Marriott membership or status being treated no less well and enjoying the same high standards and quality service. I highly recommend the hotel whether coming to Tel Aviv from overseas or from within ISrael looking for a delightful getaway.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times - the location is amazing and facilities are beautiful. The Marina Suite is a great set up with kids (two bathrooms and two separate sleeping areas. But it’s the service and staff that put it over the top. Daniel and Ital at the pool bar were so friendly and managed multiple days of large family orders for us amongst a busy holiday scene. Roy (on the management team) noticed one of our kids in need of pool floaties and (without being asked) went to a store nearby and bought some for us! Daniel the lifeguard was so attentive and friendly, making us feel much more safe. Zara at the front desk was incredibly patient working through the specific accommodations for our large family staying across multiple different rooms. And we received a lovely gift from Magda the general manager. Those are just a few but we found everyone from the housekeeping staff, club lounge staff, breakfast service, etc to be lovely. We will certainly be back!

The service here is excellent and friendly, especially at the lounge and for breakfast in the restaurant downstairs Adan, Maria, Janice , Elena, Mazal, and Anastassiya are excellent and very attentive to every need. Jessica, the receptionist for breakfast in the restaurant is always very welcoming and friendly. The staff at the hotel make it truly rewarding.

I recently stayed at the Marriot in Tel Aviv and i had a wonderful time there. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I spent most of my evening meals on the 18th floor lounge where Elena , Janice, Anastassiya, Adan, Maria and Mazal worked. They are absolutely wonderful, attentive, kind and make you feel at home. I would recommend this Sheraton to anyone visiting the Tel Aviv area.
