Hotel is super nice in service. The room is big and clean. It's a wonderful stay.

Very positive experience as the reception was very helpful in sharing tips. Able to switch room on the day.

This is first experience in cave hotel. We loved it. Rooms and breakfast were superb. There was no A/c as it is cave hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with a lovely view and great breakfast! The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful 🙂 👍 unfortunately the room doesn't seem to be well maintained (shower and lighting not working well, toilet is very sandy, and aircon is not strong enough to cool the room)

Best value , felt my money spent well in this exclusive hotel. You can feel its premium vibe once entering the hotel. Service is very welcoming, the owner always greet you. Breakfast is okay, with a great coffee. I really recommended this hotel to everyone coming to cappadocia, please stay at Uçhisar and avoid Göreme. I’m currently staying at Göreme for our 3rd night (different hotel) and really regret my decision to change the hotel. Göreme is too crowded, the lane is too narrow & the quality is not the same

真是非常糟糕的酒店，一開始住的是頂樓的房間，沒有空調。暴曬一天以後，非常熱！房間所謂的空調，衹吹風不製冷，並且半小時停一次！凌晨兩點到酒店的我，又困又熱，像煎魚一樣不停翻面一晚上。早上起來要求老闆看一下空調，老闆一直強調看過了，修好了，結果還是老樣子。我要求換房間，他説沒有空調房了，但是可以加錢換有空調的套房，兩天一百美金，我同意了。等我下樓再問，反口説是一天一百美金！我真是太熱太絕望了，砍價到兩天150美金。結果，他居然説套房沒了！給了我一個普通的房間！真是惡到極致！避雷！

服務：前台態度很好，升級了房型，還幫忙預訂熱氣球和騎馬。從安塔利亞開過來已經晚上七八點，不想去鎮子上再比價了，就接受了小哥的推薦，價格適中 早餐：酒店早餐簡直太豐盛了，是土耳其傳統早餐，種類豐富，餐廳視野非常好，能瞭望整個格雷梅小鎮和塔，這個真是一大亮點 房間：洞穴酒店的衞生水平還達不到普通酒店水平，塵土比較多，且房間有點悶悶的不透氣，愛乾淨的朋友們需要設定好心理預期 位置：酒店位置不錯，適合自駕，距離格雷梅小鎮三公里遠，開車一小會就到了，還不吵；距離卡帕最高點烏齊薩爾城堡很近，不行5分鐘就到

房間夠大，漂亮，有特色。餐廳的視野絕了，房間實際壁照片上還要好看。本來看很多人都是定格萊美，其實那邊價格要高些，這個酒店性價比最高，距離玩的地方也不算遠。

純卡帕多奇亞洞穴風，露台外就是無敵美景。房間都是洞穴風格的套房，輕奢風，入住很舒適。服務尤其貼心。接待我們的是一位很年輕超帥的小夥子埃米，幫我們快速訂購了熱氣球票，達成了我們在卡帕多奇亞乘熱氣球的心願。很棒的體驗，值得推薦！

Otelin genel konsepti otantik ve insanı içine alan bir yapıya sahip. Odaların mağara yapısı çok başarılı. Kahvaltı yeterli seviyede.
