設施：設施齊全，房間內竟然還有一個小冰箱，裏面有飲料和食物，收費，但是價格非常便宜。 衞生：很乾凈衞生，每天打掃，換床單，更換浴巾浴袍，牙刷牙膏。設施很新 環境：環境不錯，雖然賓館在市區中心，但是很安靜，早餐區域甚至還有個小院子。 服務：服務是印象最深的，非常好的服務，每一個人。從前台到餐廳，到打掃衞生的，都很棒！

Atencion muy buena la habitacion limpia y muy espaciosa, la cama comoda y esta en una zona muy tranquila y cercana a una calle con comercios. El supermercado esta a 5 minutos andando, lo recomiendo al 100%

前台挺好的，提供正常出租車呼叫服務。 酒店房間稍微比較小，廁所小，隔音一般。 酒店餐食價格也比較合理。

Das Hotel ist für den Preis und für Teheran angemessen. Frühstück ist ok und versuchen ein bisschen Abwechslung hinein zu bringen. Ausstattung im Hotel ist leider nichts vorhanden Service an der Rezeption und die Zimmer Reinigung war dafür für mich Super Dank nochmal dafür für tollen Service und den Aufenthalt.

You get more than what you pay for. Compared to my experience at a 5-star hotel in Istanbul, I received a much cleaner room and far better service from the staff here. The staff are incredibly polite and kind. The hotel is small and cozy but also clean and quiet. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that. It's located in the northern part of the city, close to the center, but there’s heavy traffic in the evening. I’m not sure about the parking situation. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The cleanest value for a money hotel in tehran, the clearness is comparable with all 5 star hotels in iran. Amenities at room are unbelievably perfect. Everything a 5 star hotels provides this hotel jas even more. Very Central and the breakfast variety is ok. Staff are friendly. No pool, no gym, no meeting room, no parking. There ais business centre, restaurant and coffeeshop. The food at restaurant is reasonably priced and delicious.

Very bad staff and restaurant worker , so unskilled workers and management very expansive food at this restaurant, if the hotel is 3 stars but food prices are like 5 star .the room service is not care of your inquiry , Cocker if not the best for kicken

Very bad management and unskilled personal in Hotel and particularly in the restaurant. they do food delivery but they are not care about guests order when you are hungry to eat.shamfull the management should teach the staffs how to have a behaviour woth the clients.

Hello dearest traveler. As a expert in Hotels and services i do not know why this 3 star hotel has 4.5 rating which is not corecet rating. The resturant mens are not trained!, also when you book out and you forget somethings in your room the hotel staff are not interested to inform you that you have forgeten imporant things in your room where you have accomodation, you should be carfull before your cheek out if you forget something OR not otherwise thay do not inform to you. It is bad policy by this hotel managment, i am not agree with the rate 4.5 for thos hotel.

Hello dearest. Very bad Manager in this hotel, it is means very pour management, particularly at the hotel restaurant, very expansive price in this Karoon hotel according to the 3 Star hotel !!! one Iranian kebab dish at the 5 Stars hotel is 380000 Iranian Toman and at this 3 Star hotel the restaurant price is the same!!!why ?

As an iranian who travels a lot and been to many hotel ,I had such a great time at karoon hotel. Very welcoming and warm reception, friendly and helpful staff. Well designed and clean room, good breakfast and a very lovely experience in general

Perfect experience! The hotel is beautifully decorated. We spent 2 nights immediately upon arrival in Iran, as well as 1 night upon departure. The location is good, transportation is available near the hotel. The rooms are very clean and tidy and have all the necessary facilities. The breakfast is good and varied. The staff is very friendly, after check in they let us leave our luggage in the luggage room free of charge, and we spent about three hours in the hotel garden until departure to the airport, they treated us to coffee, croissants and water. We were particularly impressed by the receptionist who speaks perfect English and if he is reading this, we are sending warm regards to him. All praise and recommendations, everything was perfect.
