Location: Quite okay if you’re planning to head to the pubs and etc nearby at night (lots of food places too at night)
Service: Got a room with air-con that automatically switches off after 15 mins and we had to check with the reception guy 1 plus at night cause we really couldn’t sleep. After informing the person, was told they knew about this air-con issue but still decided to give this room to customers (us) - Thus the drop in service ratings
Price: Cheap and good for short 1 day stay. Can be quite noisy at night with the pubs and all

Good location as nearby have a lot of food and night life . Cleanliness was ok but my hairdryer in the room was spoil. They do have water dispenser at the lobby to refill water. Lights a bit dim for us.

Just for a short one night. Location is really good. Walking distance you can get to bars, restaurants, family karaoke, and massage. Service is average, paying at this amount really can’t ask for more.

If you are planning to go back to 1980s! This is the place to go. Super weak WiFi, weak TV signals and super weak aircon. The only plus point is the location opposite Austin Park Hotel letting you envy the whole night how good it will be if u only u r staying at the opposite hotel.
The blankets, bedsheets and pillowcase. I suggest you not to look closely at it. You either find bloodstains, many black dots or tiny hairs. So just don't on the lights when you step in. See no evil.
