The microwave you mentioned was not broken — it had simply been unplugged. Once plugged in, it worked as intended. It’s also important to mention that the microwave is not a standard amenity listed for guest use; it’s primarily intended for our staff. However, as with many things, we try to be flexible and accommodating, so we allowed access to it as a courtesy.In addition, we were happy to offer you a complimentary room upgrade to one with a balcony — at no extra charge — to help make your stay even more enjoyable. It’s a bit disheartening that this upgrade wasn’t mentioned in your review, especially considering the care and attention we aim to give every guest.We also noticed the photos you attached in your review. While we respect every guest’s right to share their experience, we must point out that the images didn’t show any specific issue—just a determined effort to find something wrong. And that’s okay! Every guest is different, and we always try to help in every way we can.It became clear during your stay that there was a continuous search for a reason to request a refund or a free stay. From evening until morning, not a single part of the hotel was left unexamined. Despite this, our team remained kind, helpful, and fully available at all hours—and we’re proud of that.
