Ulasan Otiums Hotel

The hotel location is probably the best, very short walk from freedom square where everything is around. The check in and out were smooth but English is a real challenge, make sure to use Google translate app. Otherwise it is a struggle. Rooms are small, clean with clean bathroom, bed is basic, you will need to ask for toiletries as they don’t replenished daily. Staff though are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is poor and I suggest to skip and you will have multiple options in close proximity. Some basic amenities were missing but you have a small grocery shop very near. I would personally rate it as 2+ stars, just a final note, do not expect a hotel feel and treat, it is more of a room rent with cleaning service.

Very nice hotel. Amazing location, city center. Very friendly and kindly staff ☺️ 5 seconds left side of the hotel door you can take away nice coffee and see beautiful street art. And go to enjoying Tbilisi with a good mood :) The room is good. The bed was convenient. Most think you need to know about winter Tbilisi: it’s cold everywhere in flats, most hotels. But Otiums hotel has a heater! And room was very warm ☺️ I was enjoying it after long walkings on the street. Believe that good heater is a really big problem of winter Georgia, and this is a point why I will stay that hotel again and suggest it to others.

Небольшой отель с очень удачным расположением. Приятный сервис! Пока добирались хозяин постоянно был на связи, по приезду встретил, помог донести багаж, рассказал про Тбилиси, помог запарковать машину, подсказал где лучше обменять деньги! 5+ Рекомендую

Отель находится в центре города, на тихой улочке в двух минутах ходьбы от проспекта Руставели (в этом его преимущество, тишина )и примерно в полу километре от парламента. Хозяин встретил нас лично , не смотря на то что мы приехали глубокой ночью. Номер убирали каждый день, каждый день свежие полотенца. Завтраки домашние, приготовлены с любовью. Время для завтрака можно было попросить и к этому времени вам накроют столик. Любая просьба, будь то ваза для цветов , ножницы или свеже сваренный кофе по турецки выполняется с удовольствием и улыбкой. Спасибо за заботу и гостеприимство!!! С удовольствием вернёмся сами и будем рекомендовать друзьям
