酒店位置好，設施新，門口就是步行街，吃飯方便，周邊2公里有大型家樂福，適合購買當地商品，比機場價格划算。早餐在頂樓，視野風景好。

環境很好，服務也不錯！乾淨整潔，性價比很高，位置屬於市中心地帶，出門幹啥都很便利的！推薦！

Let me start with my stay, it was for 4nights and it started very well with Liza (receptionist) she was very helpful and respectful for visitors. She even helped us take our 2 rooms earlier because she saw our kids were tired from the travel. However, on the 17th morning. The receptionist named Ilia was very rude in his way of talking and attitude. He did not show any respect and was using his hand while talking asking me to come to his side of counter. It did not end here, he referred to another guest issue they faced one night before as it was me and my family which is not the case. The breakfast is very limited with options which made me from next day of stay to have it outside until we left. This is an example of a good hotel but with bad stuff attitude which impacts their rating. The rooms are very good from space wise and no of beds for a family stay. you should also know that the laundry service is very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels.

Amazing hotel to stay, with a great staff. Also location is perfect its the center of Marjanishvili. They took such good care of us. For weddings its the perfect hotel to shoot some videoclips and photo’s!

The hotel is clean and close to everything. The staff is friendly and their service is beautiful. It is worth a visit and I will come back to it again And the hotel center is close to supermarket and Dunkin Donuts And Arabic and Georgian restaurants

This hotel is nothing short of nightmare, I stayed here for quarantine purpose and the stay was for 14 days and it was my worse hotel stay until now. The staff treats you like a criminal although they charge full. 1. Staff behavior and information :Staff was rude , they did not even tell me what are the terms and conditions, what is included what is not, they even hiked the room charges just after 3 days of stay without even informing. 2. Cleanliness :They never ever cleaned the room, forget that did not even clear the dust bins. 3. Cleanliness: Did not even change the towels. Foreigner's in particular should avoid this hotel as there is possibility of getting cheated here.
