Comfortable and premium accommodation option at this area! Excellent breakfast (ala carte and buffet) options were served. Only downsides were, toiletries have to be manually requested, and that the view was rather misleading.

Disappointingly average. Just small things but overall meant it was not the excellent experience you should get from the Hilton brand. For example, room not services until about 5pm on one day, running out of food items and cultery at breakfast and tables being slow to clean, and carpet to restaurant area needs a good clean or replaced (very dirty in places). However, staff friendly and quality rooms.

Very nice!! but no valet parking

Absolutely loved this hotel!! The pool area was amazing and the one bed king apartment was such an incredible amount of space.

Poor experience at this hotel. First room service argued they had cleaned the room when they had clearly not and it took photographic evidence for staff to believe us. Also discovered that their check in staff charged the full price room as a deposit ($304) but only mentioned charging $70 at check in; this is an issue as the room was prepaid. The room itself was comfortable and the pool and gym good. But poor and incompetent treatment by staff would put me off choosing to stay here again.

Nice place and kind staffs but price of breakfast was different. Seems there are 2 different types of breakfast like full breakfast and continental. I wasn’t informed from the front desk. I noticed when I saw the menu at the table after paying. FYI, Full breakfast is $45.

Not happy with the attitude of staffs. Otherwise, Hotel is good in terms of cleanliness, amenities etc.

Service is great but the TV in the room need fixing and so does the casting availability.

As a Hilton Honors member, my stay at the hotel met the usual satisfactory quality. Peter at the front desk was excellent in accommodating our needs, and overall, we had a good time. However, I want to caution future guests to adjust their expectations: • The location, while quiet, is farther from the center and lakeside, requiring a car and likely keeping you at the hotel in the evening. • Our room, possibly the least expensive, was extremely small with limited space for sitting or even opening our suitcases. • Staff training or updated information is necessary; the website mentioned a happy hour, but there was none on Friday. Conflicting details about breakfast and check-out times were provided. • While amenities were nice, the steam room and sauna floor were dangerously slippery, leading to a hard fall and injury. Additionally, the pool water was not clean, with numerous hairs inside. • Some equipment, like the coffee machine, was not working.

We were there on Christmas Day. Check in took forever, we were told that we can only check in at 4pm. We paid for the full day access carpark at 25 NZD but the carpark was always full. Had to park at electric charging lots or even handicap lot and come on down to move the car where there’s available lot. Apart from that, we love the heated pool and enjoyed our stay there

We had a a King Suite facing the canyon view. It is very spacious, bed was comfortable, clean room. Value for money.
