My car was hit in the hotel car park. The staff also admitted the accident but refuse to provide necessary support. It is very disappointing! Poor service! The motel is 1 min walking distance to the lake and close to the world coolest McDonald restaurant!

Great location. We booked for 4 people. The queen size bed was comfortable. However the sofa bed and single bed was not comfortable.

Super hospitable place - flexible with check in/out time because of our bus schedule and weather, Our unit was very spacious, tip top condition.

Great location right in the beach front. Amazing rooms, nice and spacious. Facilities of the hotel could do with an update/deep clean such as the pool area. Checkin staff didn’t arrive until 14.20 so we were waiting around for them. Overall, great stay and would definitely stay again.

We loved pur stay at Ika Nui. The pool was out of service at that time. The location is very handy and had the most complete kitchen we have ever stayed at!

I recommend this hotel is amazing we will be back in the future Ika nui love the accommodation 💯

Great location. Easy walk in to town and opposite Lake Taupo. Check in was late, as they were still cleaning when we arrived at 2pm. Room stunk of bleach when we checked in. Bed was comfortable and the room was well provisioned. Manager was friendly and accommodating.

很温馨的小屋，廚具炊具一應俱全。停車很方便，位置也很好，出門走兩步就是湖邊。 唯一美中不足就是隔音很一般，在客廳可以聽到隔壁房間的呼嚕聲。但是房間裏倒是沒有，可能和佈局有關。

酒店很乾凈，提供洗護用品，但是不提供拖鞋，牙刷，特別驚喜的是有加熱的晾衣桿，衣服洗完很快乾了。廚房用品非常齊全，興奮的去超市買了魚，牛奶，麪包，蔬菜薩拉，做了美味早餐，很有家的感覺。酒店位置絕佳，出門對面就是陶波湖打卡點，往右後走就是被評為世界上最酷的麥當勞，去超市走着10分鐘也到了，周邊美食林立，用餐方便

房間寬敞，設施齊全，適合度假休閑。前面過馬路就是美麗的陶波湖，距離飛機麥當勞步行幾分鐘。位置既方便又比較安靜。
