The hotel is clean and staff were friendly

Honestly, the service was good. Be it day or night, the staffs were very helpful and always there to help you. I appreciate very much! Their service is similarly where you will get from a renowned hotel. However, if you want to be in the centre of the city, then you might want to consider because the location is quite far from the touristy sights. As for me, I am a solo traveller, and I always like to wander around further from the city whichever country I’m in, hence I chose this hotel. But worry not, if you have or download Yandexgo (similar to Uber), then you could just travel by taxi from the app. It’s cheap and affordable. You can even order food or engage a delivery service. There’s also a local fastfood Evos beside the hotel and also a convenience store across the road. Overall, I am satisfied during my 4-day stay.

Check in staff was a bit rude and couldn't quite comprehend English. The free spa voucher could only be used in the sauna. There is no lunch served in the restaurant and the staff were confused too. Good slippers provided. Located in a non tourist part of Tashkent near the airport

싸고 레이트 체크아웃도 해줬고 베리 굿입니다!

겉으로보기엔 깨끗해보였으나, 막상 방 배정후 시트 냉장고 등 을보니 깨끗치못했고요. 무엇보담 프론트 직원(남자)태도 가 매우 불친절했네요, 원래는3박예정 이었으나 1박 만 하고 체크아웃요.

房間闊大，床和卧具的質量都很高，裝修風格很像歐美的經濟性酒店。 就是周圍稍微偏僻一些，飯店商店少一些。

環境不錯，就是距離市區遠一點，但價格也相對便宜

非常棒！前台人員非常樂於助人。幫我點了外賣還幫我處理了航班的行李問題。還免費讓我多住了兩個小時，簡直良心酒店！！♥️
