I checked in on Thursday August 1, 2024 and checked out on August 4,2024. I realized on Friday night. I didn’t receive any room service that day. That night I called the front desk and requested room service for the following day Saturday. The next morning which was Saturday I stopped by the front desk on my way out. The manager/owner confirmed that my room was on the list for room service. I came back during the afternoon and took a nap. Later that evening I went out and asked the front desk worker about my room service. She looked at the list and she said it has my room receiving room service that day. I told her that was false. I invited her to my room to see the condition of my room. She said she would get me clean towels. When I returned later Saturday night, I noticed the worker made my bed, gave me new towels, and swept my floor. I appreciated that because this was not part of her job duties. When I checked out on Sunday morning, I expressed my concern about no room service during my stay. What really concerns me is why did the housekeeping staff said I received room service when I didn’t.
