Premier Inn Sheffield/Barnsley (M1 Jct36)

Beautiful stay. Very welcoming reception staff which was really lovely for our first stay here. We picked here as a last minute stay to visit my elderly grandparents and will definitely be returning. Room was very clean & tidy and very comfy bed too. Great value for money

What a wonderful stay we have had on the 28th December after visiting family. A lovely friendly welcome from the reception staff. Room was very clean and tidy. Bed was also very comfy which is an added bonus haha! Would totally recommend and will 100% be returning

Great service throughout my stay. Guy on reception was very helpful and friendly, James I think his name was Rooms were clean, no noises from outside or neighbouring room and had a great sleep! Would recommend staying here, location is great too as close to the M1

I came and stayed here again over Christmas to visit friends and family as it’s not far from the motorway and I don’t have to worry about parking as there is always a space. The welcome was great, the place was clean and my room was immaculate that’s why I always come here.

I had a really great experience staying here! The staff on reception were super friendly and welcoming – it made such a nice first impression. The location was perfect for what I needed, really convenient and close to the M1. As for the room, it was spotlessly clean and tidy, which is always a big plus in my book. It made for a really comfortable stay overall. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable trip! Apart from the room itself the hotel does require a bit of upgrading and I understand this is currently in progress. I was here for a 1 night overnight stay and definitely met what I was looking for.

Probably the worst premier inn in Britain place is a building site at the moment dust everywhere. Food in the adjacent bar totally awful. Room what you expect from a premier inn. Wi-Fi that’s free non existent one I paid £5 for 24 hours more non existent than the free one. Had to book 36hrs before arrival last minute call to work, £148 for one night with a meal deal. Could have gone to Spain for 3 nights, situated on an industrial carpark. Staff friendly enough but then again they’d have to be. Might as well have slept in the van as there’s a herd of elephants prancing around in the room above.
