Great clean room. Really enjoyed my stay. Feels more like an apartment. Pool is great. Gym is not bad. Breakfast can be greatly improved.

Service are very slow and very bad and please change to normal plug so that we easy to charge our phone etc samsung, iphone. Thank you.

Nice room and good view

Easy and fast check in. Friendly staff. Walking distance to mall with lots of food. Danis the front office is so polite and helpful. Assist in early check in and sort out fast in checking in.

Location is good, as it is located above a mall. Clean and stylish room. Amenities could be better, such as, hairdryer and hand soap. Other than that, this is a good establishment.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool was beautiful and looked out onto a lake. The road view was great from the upper floors. The soundproofing was not very good and you needed to bring earplugs. The main road was downstairs. There was no hair dryer in the room. I asked the front desk and they could provide it if needed. There were four convenience stores downstairs, which was really convenient.

The environment is good, the hotel is in a good location, located in the core commercial area, and the hotel facilities are complete and good. It is very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. There are four small supermarkets next to it, and a large shopping mall with a cinema, a large supermarket and a mobile phone store similar to the Wanda Plaza shopping center.

The hotel is located next to Tang City Mall. There are skandavia apartments, there are fika rooms. Skandavia apartments are closer to Tangcity Mall than fika rooms. If the application says the room is located on the 4th-7th floor, in reality my deluxe room is located on the 28th floor. The hotel staff said the higher class rooms are located on the 9th floor. So for those who are afraid of heights, think again if you want to stay here. Breakfast is very simple, lacks variety. Cleanliness is okay.

The overall environment and sanitation are very good in the local area. The front desk English is also very standard and basically understandable. The buffet breakfast ends at 9 am. Since we are used to it ending at 10 am in China, the hotel also specially arranged to deliver it to the room. Thumbs up~
