"The hotel location (pool and Tumon Beach right next to it, walking distance to the small downtown area with restaurants in front of the hotel) is good, I always see the pool water quality management once a day, the staff is friendly But the breakfast is not so good.. I did it because it was more delicious than other places.. It was disappointing. And every time I had breakfast, the coffee staff or some female staff members were not so good ~~ ! There are lifeguards at the pool and they are all friendly. They cleaned it every day during my 4-night stay and gave me more towels if I asked for them. I forgot to tip one day, but they cleaned it well. Korean staff members are always there. Washer and dryer cost $4 each. I thought I wouldn't have to do laundry, but I used it because my wet clothes didn't dry well. The fabric didn't get damaged and it was okay. They give you a tumbler instead of disposable ones, but it breaks right away if you drop it."

"We stayed here on a family trip. The breakfast was very plentiful and good! There were a lot of Korean people, so there was a lot of Korean food and it was delicious. The noodles changed every day and were delicious. We were also able to use the Dusit pool, so the kids had fun on the warslide all day. The staff were all kind and friendly. It was a good hotel. The sunset was beautiful."

"The service at the front desk is the best. I checked in a little late, but I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a large room. A little disappointing was that they gave me a robe on the first day, but they stopped giving it to me on the second day. They even took it away, which was disappointing. Also, they forgot some towels and cups and didn't provide them, but the service was good otherwise. The facilities are old because they are old, but they put in more effort to manage and provide service, so I will stay at this hotel again on my next family trip. The pool is nice and it's quiet."

"Our family of four stayed in a 3-bedroom panoramic condominium with an ocean view and kitchen. The bathroom ventilation fan was a little loud, but the room was relatively clean and generally comfortable. It was very spacious, so there was plenty of space to store all four of our luggage, and we were able to relax as if we were at home. It was about 10 minutes from the airport, and it was pretty much a straight road. We rented a car, but the parking lot was spacious and inside the building, so we were able to protect ourselves from the wind and rain. I'd like to use it again next time."

"I booked ocean view but they served us partial ocean and parking view. I so disappointed and I requested to change another room but they said no more room available to change even though it seemed to me that so many rooms are vacancy. There was bad odor on the shower curtain and so a lot of dust. It was very senaitive sound from next room though the connected door. There was no privacy at all. In the midnight, alarm sound rang and some Chinese announcement from speakers. We were really scared and panic for a while. I didn't even have any picture to upload from the hotel. I am sorry but I won't to visit there again. Thank you!"

"The room facilities are very old, so be prepared. The supporting water park is fun and has a lot of activities. Children will not be bored even if they play for a whole day. The breakfast is average and filling. The check-in time must be 3 pm, which is very strict, and you cannot check in early."

"I chose this hotel because my stay was short. They didn't have any amenities and didn't have a toothbrush, so when they requested the staff, they went to the related facilities. Staff is very good. Equipment is equivalent to the price."

There are clips, knives, and chopping boards, and there are basically dishes for washing dishes. There are forks and spoons. Note there are no knives. 2 There are dining tables, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and electric stoves. You can buy some oil, beef, milk, and fruit to cook for yourself. No coffee machine, no toaster. Boil water in a kettle on the stove. 3 There are two double beds and two single beds in the room, which is more suitable for a family of 6-7 people. 4 The hotel has a swimming pool and free ice near the lobby 5 The nearest beach is the beach of Crowne Plaza across the road."

"I think this is the cleanest/newest hotel in Guam. The room was pleasantly dry in the humid weather outside, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Everything about the room was great. Only downside I found was there were very limited smoking areas. No smoking in balcony, only 2 designated smoking areas in the entire resort. If I knew that no smoking in balcony, I would rather book the regular room with mountain view. Another downside was limited stuff you can rent for playing in the water. Others have more fun stuff to borrow but this resort has few stuff and kids pool was closed. If you are with kids, this resort may not be a great option for your kids unless the kid's pool opened. If you are looking for a clean room with nice ocean front, this is the best choice."

"The building, lobby, hallways, and rooms were all clean and neat, the showers, toilets, and other facilities were new, and the area around the bed was also clean, so I really liked it. However, the Wifi connection was unstable and frequently cut out during my three-day stay, so I think there is room for improvement in the Wifi environment. Apart from the Wifi, everything was good, including the service of the staff."
